Very good location, very short walk from the main train station. Nothing I can actually complain about. Might have been a tiny bit expensive for what it was, but i think that's the case all over Hamburg. If you need somewhere to stay that's central and very easy to get too, you can do a lot worse than here. All the staff spoke decent English too.

The Hotel is in an old style building with narrow staircases and has no elevator. With heavy luggage it is not recommended.

The location is perfect. Its completely near to the main train station and an easy point to start the journey within the city. The air odor in rooms is not good. It looks like to be a smoking hotel. Also, there is no lift.

The location is excellent, close to the station albeit in a bit of a dodgy area. Plenty of cafes and bars though. One of the reception staff was rude and you could tell he didnt want to work there - he was huffing and puffing but the other guy in the daytime couldnt have been more friendly. Lovely breakfast and clean hotel despite it looking a bit shabby from the outside.

Despite my initial reservations about the shared shower and toilet between 4 rooms, I was very impressed how clean the place was. Room was also very clean. Breakfast was simple and plentiful.

Nice and helpfull staff. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice and enough for me. I was very busy on this trip, therefor I was satisfased that this hotel was very central and only minutes away from everything like Trainstation, and Busstation aswell as shopping. I would definately stay again.

Leaving 1. Entrance Hallway reminded me of a tramp infested urine filled dessolate 1970s car park. Terrible. 2. Very ugly/scary drug riddled prostitutes in the immeadiate locality. 3. The stench of ciggerette smoke in all corridors and rooms even when booking a non smoking room. 3 Days after leaving I still have a sore throat! 4. All three of us who stayed have come away with bites accross our bodies. 5. Sick and dribble riddled pillows which were so devoid of comfort all three of the party have a cricked kneck now! 6. Poo shelf in one of the toilets which allowed you to inspect your work.

The location is great as it is neat to the main station and underground lines + main shopping streets. Lovely area with lots of little shops in Lange Reihe. Staff is not highly enthusiastic when it comes to service, but helpful when you ask for sth. The Spanish lady in the reception is not appropriate in her job - grumpy, snobbish, doesn´t greet and help, and generally seems to dislike everything she does. Besides, for breakfast they charged 1E more per person than mentioned on the internet which is not a huge amount but simply not correct.

The hotel was within a very short distance from the main station, which enabled us to travel around the city easily. The rooms were clean and although quite spartan, were comfortable for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant. The shared toilets did not have wash basins, although there was one in our room.

freundliches Personal, 24 Stunden Check-in, gute Betten, angestaubtes Hotel aber sauber, mit Fernseher, 100 meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, guter Standort in der City, nichts für Rollstuhlfahrer da Rezeption und Zimmer in der 1. Etage, keine ruhiger Standort, man sollte keine Berührungsängste mit dem Straßenstrich haben, für Reisende ohne Luxusansprüche an das Hotel,

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites personal. Sehr gute lage, alle öffentlichenverkehrsmittel quasi vor der tür. Sauber, erstaunlich ruhig (aber es war eisiger winter, und vermutlich wollte sich keiner auf der straße davor aufhalten). Zimmer viel größer als erwartet. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

1) Die mittel ältere Frau an Rezeption ist sehr sehr sehr unfreundlich und total arrogant. Sie hat mir meine ec Karte zurück-"GEWORFEN". 2) Bei der Zahlung mit Kreditkarte muss man 4% Gebühr zahlen, was bei Reservierung mit Booking.Com Nicht steht. 3)Wand zum Nachbarzimmer ist dünn. Man hört alles, was daneben passiert. 4) Keine Seife im Zimmer. 5) Man sollte sich da "Pension" nennen, statt "Hotel".

Die Lage und der Preis sind super!! Die Rezeption ist 24 Std. Besetzt und die waren sehr freundlich. Die Matratze war extem durchgelegen. Die Sprungfedern haben mir dermaßen in Rücken gedrückt

Zentrale Lage, Frühstück war ok Toiletten und Duschen auf dem Gang waren schmutzig und klebrig, Wasser läuft nicht ab, keine Waschbecken und Seife auf den Toiletten. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Heizung funktioniert eher schlecht als recht. Hübsch sind die Zimmer wirklich nicht, aber praktisch.
