All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 5.50 per night and person in an extra bed.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

I liked all.The location was very good cause i needed a hotel near O2 world and alexanderplatz and also near the Ubahn. It is also a quiet area and you have all you need near the hotel:bike rental,supermarkets..etc The breakfast was very good :) I didn t like that when they cleaned the room they didn t change the bed linen and it s a non smoking hotel |

Clean, comfortable, friendly, well located near Samiterstrasse U Bahn (U5) in centre of Friedrichshain with easy access to Mitte and west. Rooms are quiet. Wi-fi (which was free) was unreliable and I used unlocked access from next door. A little expensive for location and level of facilities |

Good location. 3 minutes from Samariteser U-bahn. Clean with functional rooms. Good shower. Decent buffet breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Pillow and duffet were a little flimsey. But bed and room were fine. |

I liked the size of the rooms, the clean bathrooms and the comfortable bed and the breskfast with bread, yoghurt and coffea/tea. The pillows were to small and to thin. |

very clean room, hotel very close to u-bahn,the heating was working very well and easy to control. the girl and the man at the reception were very kind and helpful while they were checking me upon my arrival no cakes or croissant at breakfast which was not big deal for me but some other clients would like to find. |

ottima posizione per chi intende viversi i locali notturni, ottima anche la posizione per girare la città, ad un isolato dopo cè la fermata metro U e dopo 4 fermate si arriva ad alexanderplatz. la strutture è nuova e accogliente, colazione abbondante, personale gentile! |

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, hatten ein sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer mit Bad, das ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen geboten hat. Die U-Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke. Extrawunsch wurde umgehend nachgekommen (wir mussten Medikamente gekühlt aufbewahren und bekamen sie sofort gebracht, wenn sie gebraucht wurden)! Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück konnten wir morgens in ansprechendem Ambiente in großzügigem Zeitrahmen zu uns nehmen. Rezption ist rund um die Uhr mit freundlichem Personal besetzt gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in diesem Hotel wirklich ausgezeichnet. Danke, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal im "Hotel Kiez Pension Berlin" absteigen, wenn wir wieder einmal in der Hauptstadt sind!! |

Simpele en kleine maar nette kamers, schone badkamer, elke dag schone handdoeken. Onvriendelijk personeel. Zo werd ons bij aankomst de les gelezen dat we verkeerd geboekt hadden (wat helemaal niet zo bleek te zijn) en er werd ons verteld dat andere gasten klaagden dat we te luidruchtig waren terwijl we gewoon normaal praatten. Eén persoon uit het gezelschap wilden we verrassen met ontbijt op bed, wat bij navraag 's avonds nog prima was maar de ochtend erna toch een hoop gemopper opleverde. |

Das Zimmer war vorteilhaft eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, trotz offenem Fenster. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, wir hatten Glück und haben vorm Hotel noch einen gefunden. |

Das Hotel ist gut und günstig die Lage ist ruhig und mit der U-Bahn ist das Zentrum gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist hell und freundlich. Der Empfang war ein wenig unterkühlt. |
