Small room but clean & comfortable. very close to restaurants area just 5 stations from AlexanderPlatz

Nice and clean hotel with a friendly staff.

Good value, clean, well-fitted bathroom facilities, close to public transport.

For what it is, I have no complaints. Good for a night or two as a base to see the city.

Very clean, close to one underground line and to the S-bahn, 10 minutes walking from the center of life in Friedrichshein.

Internet connection was intermittent and very slow. The pension is ok if you are on a budget, but it is not ideal to visit berlin as it is not really central. Its rating is a bit overestimated

Frankly the only thing I can say is: change the dark spotlight lamps in the breakfast room!

The staff were always available if you had a request, and upon hearing request, assisted you in resolving it. Great location to the underground and Ring transport system, Post Office across the street and several very reasonable resturants within minutes to the hotel. Second stay at that hotel for me!

No tea /coffee making facililities although the reception staff were more than happy to make it for us when requested. .

Price was very reasonable. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff I interacted with spoke more than enough English to fully answer my questions about the hotel and about the city.

Felt the price was a bit high

The hotel is very new, the room is new and clean. Our room faces the back side which is a quiet neighbourhood park. The hotel staff is helpful and hotel breakfast is nice.

location wise a bit far from central area. but there is s-bahn and u-bahn nearby so that solves the problem.

It was really good for that price.also it was so close to u-bahn so the location was not a problem.

The receptionist didn't know English so it was hard for us to communicate.

Cleaning is really impressive, impeccable.

It is a shame that most of the staff hof an hotel located in a cosmopolitan city like Berlin does not speak one single word of english, not even numbers ( I asked the key of room "three-one-four" and I was given the 215), also the staff was totally unhelpful, not really professional, seemed to be there just by coincidence. Wifi not working properly, only one equipment (my laptop) was working. But the thing that totally pissed me off was that at the end I was charged 15 Euro (5 per day) more than the agreed and confirmed rate on Booking.com without any reasonable explanation. Try to explain it to a middle aged narrow minded only-german-speaking man!! The breakfast is included in the rate but of average quality. In general the price is definitely too expensive for the quality of services, not really good value for money. I am quite let down by this hotel and would not come back there.

this hotel is not big, but comfortable, clean. the price is cheap. it includes breakfirst.

the location is not in the center of city, but there is a U-bahn (U5) station nearby.

Staffs quite nice, location a little bit far from the downtown but with metro near by, quite worth the money with 70 euros per night with a twin room.

The are no bed sheets???

Rooms are quite big and very comfortable. It seems that the whole building was renewed recently. What's important, we've found a free parking place on the street with no problem. Hotel is located very close to U-Bahn station with good connections to all other places and the line goes straight to Alexanderplatz.

Parking on the street might be problematic during weekdays, but there is a multi storey parking nearby..

Wonderful location (close to all best places in Friedrichshain). Clean comfortable room, friendly and fast reception.

The only disadvantage was that internet, which was promised did not work.

понравилось все, никакого дискомфорта, прекрасный, коммуникаельный персонал , милая девушка на ресепшн со знанием английского на хорошем уровне. очень удобное месторасположение. отличные завтраки. весь муниципальный транспорт в шаговой доступности ( метро и т д.). в 100 метрах отличный , недорогой, подземный паркинг. очень тихо и уютно. wi-fi работает отлично, интернет без нареканий. в общем всем рекомендуем !!!
