Hotel Pension Kima

Ｕバーン，Ｓバーン、バスとも徒歩圏内で立地条件が良かった。スタッフがとても親切で良かった。

テーゲル空港からバス１本（109番）で行けるし、最寄りのバス停から出ている他のバス路線も本数が多くか- なり便利。ブランドショップが並ぶクーダム通りから道を一本入ったところにあるホテル密集地帯に立地してい- るがその中でもかなりコストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。ベルリンらしい重厚なアルトバウ（旧建築物・天井- が高い）の雰囲気が感じられる。古い造りだがエレベーターもきちんと動いている。中年女性と青年のスタッフ- しか会っていないが２人ともとても親切。地図や観光情報のパンフレットも揃っている。

部屋の設備はとても簡素で必要最低限といった感じ（ドライヤーはフロントで貸してもらえる）。安く泊まりた- いがドミトリーはちょっと、という人向け。

Very friendly staff, good price and good location

Very old facilities (I could not open the front door at first time). Smell of disinfection material? was in the room. シングルを予約する場合注意が必要です．Booking.comの日本語表示で「シングル（シャワー・バスルーム完備）」とされる部屋は，英語表示ではSingle- room with Shared Bathroom facilitiesの場合があります．館内の共同シャワー・共同トイレを使います．予約の際，英語表示で- チェックしておいた方がいいです．

The Hotel Kima has a perfect central location on Kudam near Zoo and gives the visitor plenty of transport alternatives with U bahn/ bus stop close by. The Hotel is a basic budget hotel but it's got great character- it's clean and confortable- it offers fantastic value- I've been here many times- I'll be back again- Breakfast is basic but ample- staff are great- rooms are comfy and quiet..

The staff was unbelievably good. You can leave your guidebooks at home. These guys have you covered with all the maps, schedules and advice you need. There was no request they couldn't / wouldn't handle. They also were good a following up when you got back to ensure you got the experience they suggested. Perfecto!!

The location is a bit out of town, so getting there (especially in the evening / night) is a bit tricky. The staff will give you great directions, but you need to be outgoiong or very astute to get the local bus.

Near to main bus station. Fairly good breakfast included in rate.

Very basic amenities. Very old elevator.

No telephone in the room , during my stay for 5 nights they didnot change the towles of the bed or bathroom

The apartments are in a lovely building, the location is fantastic and the breakfast was great - even had smoked salmon!

The man at the front desk was the most helpful person we'd come across in the whole country. He gave us a map, directions to good restaurants, extra pillows, and info about the hotel as soon as we arrived. Very attentive, nice guy. Our room was also nice and large.

The shower was crazy. You had to hold the handle of the shower head or else it would spray the whole bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff, imposing older building. OK breakfast. Considering the sights in all, the location is perhaps not the most central one, but the connections are actually quite good - and the Wielandstrasse is a really quiet street. S/U stations are within a walking distance, bus 109 takes one to and from Tegel Airport, buses M19 and M29 carry you to some of the major sights.

Helpfull attendant at the reception. Close to the Metro. Direct bus to Tegel Airport. Large enough room.

The somoking lounge was right in front of our room.

I liked the breakfast, included smoked salmon! The people were very friendly and it was very quiet.

The lift was from the ark ages.
