We enjoyed the proximity to both autobahn and downtown Dresden. We used the Strassenbahn to conveniently visit the Altstadt. Your kind staff helped us to plan our trip to the city. The restaurant nearby was delicious. |

location with good connection to city centre, family style unwilligness to help me in case of health issue. They refused to call a doctor or give us some pills from first aid packet. 4stars hotel should support clients in this case. |

Excellent value for money, nice, clean, comfortable rooms, free parking,super good breakfast, tram to the city in front of the hotel they run all night, buy a family tramcard for 2 persons for 24 hrs at only € 6,50 at the reception tram takes you down town in 25 minutes. Super Hotel for those travelling by car and wanting to see Dresden. There should be a smoking area in the hotel. |

Das Frühstück war abwechselungsreich, Die Zimmer waren suber, Parkplatz vor dem Haus +++ Das keine Automatische Pay programme Sperrung vorhanden ist. Die Programme sollten gesperrt sein und bei bedarf (durch Reception) entsperrt werden. Oder Freischaltung durch eingabe eines 4 Stelliges Code. Es soll nicht einfach durch einfaches Bestätigung frei sein. Bedenken Sie das oft auch nur Kinder in einen Zimmer schlafen. |

Wir waren von dem Wasserbett in unserem Zimmer positiv überrascht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In den Fugen unseres Duschbereiches waren Schimmelspuren. Das Wasser wechselte beim Duschen mehrfach die Temperatur. |

Wir hatten vermutlich Glück udn bekamen eines der grössten Zimmer in diesem Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig udn qualitativ gut. Das Restaurant Tenne war deutlich besser als in anderen Beurteilungen vorgenommen. Die Qualität der Speisen war o.k., das Personal bemüht, kleine Fehler sofort zu beheben. Die Beschreibung: "Blick auf die Elbe" ist total übertrieben, da das Hotel leicht erhöht am Stadtrand liegt und die Elbe mehrere Kilometer entfernt liegt. |

Tramstation vor der Tür Nächtliche Ruhestörung durch Jugendliche im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus, hat doch sehr lange gedauert bis die Polizei eintraf;ev. Müsste eine Schranke vor das Parkhaus oder die Fenster müssten dichter sein; |

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nahe Autobahn, so muß man sich nicht durch die Stadt quelen, Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.Die Wasserbetten im Zimmer sind sehr bequem! Alles in allem ein emfehlenswertes Hotel. Uns hat alles gefallen, auch das Restaurant nebedran ist gut, bodenständig aber dafür günstig. |
