Πολυ κοντά στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, κοντά στην παλιά πόλη και τον πεζόδρομο. Άριστη θέση ως προς τις συγκοινωνίες. Ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Δυνατότητα παραμονής στο δωμάτιο μέχρι τις 2:00 μ.μ. Το προσωπικό καθαριότητας δεν ήταν αρκετά έμπειρο για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. |

Nice hotel. The room is nicely furbished and the bathroom well designed. The espresso maker in the room was also a nice touch. While the room was on the small side, it was not too small and livable for two of us with two beds. |

Very good location close to rail terminal, It was clean and very up to date in amenities. Some prices were rather high for American tastes. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were small but clean. Location is close to city center train station. Breakfast was good. The area around the hotel was definitly seedy, but never felt like it was dangerous even walking late at night. |

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. There was a random grinding noise in the room the came and went 24 hours a day. |

The location and the standard of accommodation I would have liked a discount on the room given I had to (unexpectedly) leave one night early and was charged the full rate for both nights. Or, maybe a complementary breakfast would have been appropriate. |

Everything was excellent - the room, location, staff (really abone any prises), the hotel itself (decoration, style, reputation); as our room rate excluded breakfast, we decided to take the breakfast in the hotel just one time at the end of our staying (because of its seemed high price), and it was a big pity that we did'nt take it from the very beginning: breakfast was magnificent, corresponding to 5 (!) stars' hotel standards and costs this money. We would like to recommend this hotel as for our friends, so to all travellers the noise from the air-conditioner, but actually it does not make us troubles |

Despite appearence the location is nice and quiet. About 20 mins walking from altstad. Small but very confortable room. breakfast is not included and expansive. |

Loved the royalty theme that ran through the whole hotel but especially loved the staff - perfect English and so helpful and accomodating. The rooms were small but well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic - especially the freshly made waffles! A very central location - easy walk to everything. |

With one exception, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cramped bathroom with no tub. Breakfast extra. On one evening the barman allowed smoking in the bar until I complained. |

excellent room with a plasma tv ,bathroom had a good shower etc. In the residents bar there was great oppertunity to meet other travellers and Yann the barman was also a very good trip adviser around Munich. |

The hotel is located in an OK neighborhood, but has very good security. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The prices on incidentals were ridiculous. 5% Euro for 15 minutes on internet, and 15 Euro each for breakfast would have added 10% to the price of the room. |

There was no confusion about the booking; it was as it had been described. English was spoken. Wake-up calls were honored. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. |

Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Bahnhofs- Zentrumsnähe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Verbesserung wäre Abnfallbehälter auf dem Tisch beim Frühstück. |

La posizione dalla quale a piedi si può visitare il centro oppure tramite lo snodo di tutti i mezzi pubblici della stazione tutte le altre mete di Monaco; la pulizia delle camere. Comodo anche il parcheggio (a pagamento come tutti i parcheggi di Monaco) attaccato all'hotel. Camera piccola e soprattutto bagno eccessivamente piccolo. Colazione eccessivamente costosa. Albergo da utilizzare esclusivamente come punto di appoggio per la visita della città. |
