スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、朝食もとても美味しかった。 部屋がとても狭い。バスタブが無く、シャワーのみでがっかりした。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたら、収納場所が無いので、その辺に置いておけば見ているからと言われたが、ただ無防備に壁際に置きっぱなしだったのは嫌だった。 |

スタッフはとても親切。ウェルカムドリンクがあったのがよかった。ホテルの隣にスーパーがあって便利だった。 インターネットの料金が高い。部屋が狭い。 |

With one exception, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cramped bathroom with no tub. Breakfast extra. On one evening the barman allowed smoking in the bar until I complained. |

excellent room with a plasma tv ,bathroom had a good shower etc. In the residents bar there was great oppertunity to meet other travellers and Yann the barman was also a very good trip adviser around Munich. |

The hotel is located in an OK neighborhood, but has very good security. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The prices on incidentals were ridiculous. 5% Euro for 15 minutes on internet, and 15 Euro each for breakfast would have added 10% to the price of the room. |

There was no confusion about the booking; it was as it had been described. English was spoken. Wake-up calls were honored. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. |

Very friendly staff at the desk & bar, they especially opened 2 hours in advance as we arrived earlier than expected, and wanted to have some drinks we had a 3rd bed in the room. That bed was uncomfortable, however nothing could be done about it |

Good Location, Coffee Shop, Supermarket 10m away, Main Train Station 2 min walk away. Staff Helpful. Overall, worth it if you get a cheap rate and need to stay next to the Train Station. Better than EuropaisherHof or Mecure Hotels we stayed at. Beds are Really Small. 2 adults/2 small kids was a stretch, but worked. No view, No pool. Breakfast selection so so. Parking 13 euros a night. Room price for two tiny beds and a pull out couch was 60% more (169eu instead of 100) should be more like 110. |

Hyvä sijainti, asiantunteva ja palveleva henkilökunta. Aamiainen hintaansa nähden olisi voinut olla runsaampi. Aiemminkin kyseistä hotellia käyttäneille asiakkaille voisi olla erikoistarjouksia ym. extraa. |

Limpieza, silencio, comunicaciones, céntrico y cómodo. Habitación en edificio algo alejado de Recepción, sin ascensor. Un día no hicieron la habitación, y la tuvieron que hacer por la tarde después de nuestra queja, y parecía que no hablaran mucho inglés (o se hacían los despitados). Recepción regular. "Double room" son 2 colchones pequeños juntos. |

Besonders erwähnenswert ist die überaus große Freundlichkeit undBehilflichkeit des Personals. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen Wir hatten eine Suite bewohnt, leider fällt das Bad etwas klein aus. |

Alles funktioniert, alles ist blitzblank und wie neu, trotzdem strahlt es einen traditionellen Charme aus. Zentrale Lage. Man könnte die Grösse der Zimmer bemängeln, aber das fällt bei den Vorzügen wenig ins Gewicht. |
