This is a private family owned hotel, and the owner is very much "hands on" in his management style. It is a small, and not an ultra luxurious hotel. In some ways it is slightly eccentric. However the staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, and operate as a good team. It is a joy to stay in a hotel where the guests are cared for as individuals. The hotel is in a wonderful location - only 5 minutes walk to the Staatstheater and the Casino/Kurhaus. However it is in a leafy and quiet street with little traffic, and adjacent to 2 parks. Nothing that mattered

The location and view is nice. Very dated and not necessarily in a charming way, bathroom needs an overhaul, service was slow, front desk personnel were inexperienced but polite, wifi is costly and very slow.

Boa localização, apartamentos confortáveis, roupas de cama de qualidade. O que ocorreu foi um valor cobrado indevidamente em um dos apartamentos, a recepcionista trocou um casal amigo nosso por um apartamento inferior afirmando o valor, no momento do pagamento, a outra recepcionista disse não saber de nada e cobrou um valor á maior, muito desagradável, por isso não voltaria me hospedar neste hotel. Café da manha um absurdo de caro, EU 16,00.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht, es waren aber nur 2 reserviert. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat das allerdings unproblematisch korrigiert. Langsames Auschecken, angeblich Computerprobleme ?!?.

Lage Hygiene und Sauberkeit in Bad und Zimmer mangelhaft. "Nichtraucherzimmer" roch sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Lange nicht mehr renoviert worden, muffig. Der Service ist überfordert.

Allora. Il albergo deve essere rinovato da ormai più di 20 anni. Detto dal propritario. Io lo frequento da vent anni e non succede mai niente. Questa volta era rotto il lift. Noi eravamo al 4. piano. Ci hanno offerto una stanza al primo piano senza un filo di luce. Come una tomba. Al ultimo giorno nel albergo era un gruppo di cinesi che hanno noi e il personale del albergo a dura prova. Ultico veramente punto favorevole di questo albergo e il suo personale. Non I propitari ma I dipendenti dalla parte del bar, del ristorante e il cuoco. Per loro sono andanto per vent anni. Mal solo per loro.

Nähe zur Innenstadt, sehr freundliches Personal Telefon funktionierte nicht an 2 von 2 Tagen WLAN funktionierte nicht an 1 von 2 Tagen entgegen der Bitte, dies zu beheben. Schlechtes Bett. Von früheren Aufenthalten war ich dort anderes gewöhnt.

Freundlicher Empfang, gratis Parkplatz, Restaurant im Haus, gute Küche, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. TV-Gerät reparaturbedürftig, ich hoffe der nachfolgende Gast profitiert von meiner Beanstandung bei der Abreise.

The hotel seems to be very old and it has not been refurbished for quite some time. I have noticed cracks across some of the wall tiles in the bathroom and cracks in the ceiling.

Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer hatte den Charme der frühen 80-er Jahre: ein uralter kleiner Fernseher, vergilbte Bilder an den Wänden, kein Spiegel, ein bei jeder Bewegung knarrendes Bett. Beim Auschecken erklärte mir die Rezeption auf meine Frage, ob alle Zimmer im Haus so seien : das ist en Standard Zimmer und noch nicht renoviert. - Darauf sollte man bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden. Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung!.
