Freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant. Sauber, gute Lage, Zimmer allerdings für ein 4-Sterne Hotel zu klein! Es gibt Plätze in der Hotelgarage, die selbst ein geübter Fahrer erst nach sehr langem Rangieren nutzen kann. Sollte dieser Fahrer korpulent sein, wird er glücklich sein, wenn er endlich sein Kfz (Z.b Auf dem Parkplatz 1) posiotioniert hat. Nur wird er leider nicht aussteigen können! Daher: Nicht für Reisende mit Auto zu empfehlen!!!

Die Lage mit Blick auf die Müritz und die Nähe zur Warener Alstadt ist sehr schön. Die Restaurant-Terrasse ist wunderschön angelegt - aufgeteilt in einen Essens- und einen Launchbereich. Was besonders am Abend sehr reizvoll ist und zum Verweilen einlädt. Dies macht, jedenfalls bei schönem Wetter, die sehr kleinen Zimmer und die fehlende Klimaanlage fast wieder wett. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer-, insbesonderse die Badezimmergröße steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis und schon gar nicht zu den 4 Sternen. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Flur 2. Etage riecht muffig, Auslegeware ist renovierungsbedürftig. Brotauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig (die Brötchen schienen nicht frisch zu sein und waren nicht gerade lecker).

Das Personal der Rezeption und des Restaurants ist sehr kompetent und freundlich, die Küche ausgezeichnet. Das moderene Ambiente des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen. Zu bemängeln ist aber leider die Größe des Zimmers und des Bades. Auch der Kleiderschrank bot zu wenig Platz. Wir mussten teilweise aus dem Koffer leben. Auch fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und evtl. Schubladen im Zimmer, um die alltäglichen Kleinigkeiten unterbringen zu können. Dadurch entstand immer Unordnung im Zimmer, die das schöne Ambiente doch sehr störte. Unserer Meinung entspricht diese Enge keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.

In dem kleinen Hotel haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Blick hatten wir auf den wunderschönen Marktplatz, schöner Stadtkern zur Müritz selbst ca. 5 min. gerne buchen wir erneut einen Aufenthalt dort. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer einfach schön.....
