The staff was extremely kind and accomodating! They made a recommendation for dinner that was wonderful. They served an incredible breakfast in the morning, complete with a wonderful spread of meats, cheeses, jams, cereals, yogurts, and fresh squeezed orange juice! The room was nice...very "Eurpoean!" We had a lovely stay there for one night.

The hotel itself is very historic on a quiet street. Rooms are updated and small. Windows open! The bathroom was large. Very very comfortable. The breakfast was to die for ($5 E each)! The location was great - near park and night life. About 1/2 hour walk from train station. I'd describe the hotel as comfortable and efficient but not luxurious (except breakfast). They don't have much of a lobby but it wasn't a big deal for us. I'm sure you could sit in the breakfast area which was nice. You evidently have to check in by 9:00 p.m. or you don't get in.

It was a family type atmosphere, with very friendly staff that spoke good English. The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable. We just stayed 1 night and left early the next day. It is kind of hard to find because of all the narrow 1 way streets. You had to go way up and around and then come back down. On street parking was all full, but they do have a nice garage.

The staff is wonderful: the owners Mr & Mrs Lovell, Cynthia and also Lucy. They were most accomodating and helpful. Upon my early morning arrival from a 12 hour flight, I was kindly and unexpectedly given an early check-in at 9:00am. Breakfast is superb and great value. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the spa and Old Town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The courtyard was nice, though the seats could have been more comfortable for lounging around. The breakfast was good, although we were charged for breakfast every morning, even though we didn't eat it every morning. The fact that we were charged for breakfast even when we didn't eat it.

The staff were wonderful - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is good, right near one of the main squares. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. There was not much space - no "lobby" area or anywhere to meet. The room was rather tired and a little dated. Otherwise it was fine.

Very kind reception. Excellent breakfast, well above the average. 5 minutes walk from the Kurhaus, where we went to a concert. Beautifully kept old building, and from the city centre. We were satisfied with the hotel; it was up to our expectations.

Whatever I asked for the Staff provided and tried to accommodate my wishes. I asked for a quiet room with WI Fi and they provided this. The Breakfast were amazing.I needed more and bigger pillows and more towels and they gave them to me with a very willing approach.A happy stay.

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer incl. Bad gross und sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig. Prima Frühstücksbuffet. In 10 Min zu Fuss in der City. Parkplatzsituation schwierig, da Wohngebiet mit entsprechend knappem Parkraum.

Die Begrüßung war sehr nett; das Frühstück ausgezeichnet!, Wenn man bedenkt, wie supergünstig es war, hatte ich bedenken aber es gab Z.B. neben Toast und Brötchen mehrere Sorten frisches Brot zum selber aufschneiden, mehrere Sorten Kaffee oder Tee, eine Presse für Orangensaft zum selbstbedienen, frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst und außer Butter war nichts in häßlichen Plastikverpackungen. Die Minibar war im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels auch sehr günstig. Ich konnte ohne Probleme 24h ins Internet. Es war ein rundum gelungenes Ereignis und ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen und kann es mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Hotel - sehr sauber, Frühstück - sehr gut. Internet in unserem immer - das Signal war sehr schwach. Internet funktionierte im Zimmer leider nicht. Sonnst alles ok.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ eines der besten, die ich je genutzt habe. Für das relativ kleine Zimmer gab es etwas zuviele Beleuchtungskörper.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt, zum Kurhaus und auch zum Park mit Nerobergbahn etc. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, die Bilder im Web sind leider nur über die neu renovierten Zimmer, die wir nicht hatten ;-)
