Incredibly friendly and committed staff. Very quiet room with tasteful interior. Great breakfast. Perfect location close to city center and to beautiful green Neroberg area. Parking garage of the hotel is very small and reservation of parking place beforehand a must. Internet connection for iphone/ipad was weak and unstable in the room but worked well in reception area.

Very friendly staff. Parking is a big problem unless you use the 10 euro a night garage. Good breakfast, some unique bedrooms, Will stay there again next time.

The staff was extremely kind and accomodating! They made a recommendation for dinner that was wonderful. They served an incredible breakfast in the morning, complete with a wonderful spread of meats, cheeses, jams, cereals, yogurts, and fresh squeezed orange juice! The room was nice...very "Eurpoean!" We had a lovely stay there for one night.

The hotel itself is very historic on a quiet street. Rooms are updated and small. Windows open! The bathroom was large. Very very comfortable. The breakfast was to die for ($5 E each)! The location was great - near park and night life. About 1/2 hour walk from train station. I'd describe the hotel as comfortable and efficient but not luxurious (except breakfast). They don't have much of a lobby but it wasn't a big deal for us. I'm sure you could sit in the breakfast area which was nice. You evidently have to check in by 9:00 p.m. or you don't get in.

It was a family type atmosphere, with very friendly staff that spoke good English. The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable. We just stayed 1 night and left early the next day. It is kind of hard to find because of all the narrow 1 way streets. You had to go way up and around and then come back down. On street parking was all full, but they do have a nice garage.

The courtyard was nice, though the seats could have been more comfortable for lounging around. The breakfast was good, although we were charged for breakfast every morning, even though we didn't eat it every morning. The fact that we were charged for breakfast even when we didn't eat it.

The staff were wonderful - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is good, right near one of the main squares. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. There was not much space - no "lobby" area or anywhere to meet. The room was rather tired and a little dated. Otherwise it was fine.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes , aber sehr gut gelegenes Mittelklasse Hotel , erstklassiges Frühstück, keine extra Abzocke an der Minibar ( pro Getränk 1€ ) , freundliches Personal- da passte alles. Unbedingt Garage buchen ,die Parkplatzsituation in der Kapellenstr. ist- wie in ganz Wiesbaden- katastrophal. Der Teppichboden im Flur ist am Ende- eine Marginalie

Sehr nettes Personal, exzellentes Frühstück. Bad sehr sauber. W-LAN vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in Wiesbaden. Zur Begrüssung kann sich der Gast ein Getränk aus der Minibar gratis nehmen (Auswahl aber klein). Die Parkplatzsituation ausserhalb des Hotels ist abends nicht ganz einfach, da es im Wohngebiet liegt. Das Hotel bietet aber Parkplätze für 10 EURO in einer Tiefgarage gleich daneben an, die man aber rechtzeitig buchen sollte.

Hervorragendes und sehr freundliches Service; man hat das Gefühl zur Familie zu gehören. Dieses Frühstücksbuffet würde Häusern in wesentlich besseren Kategorien gut tun! Wirklich alles frisch und sehr abwechslungsreich. Ich komme auch privat sicher wieder!!!

Sehr netter Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Tiefgarage am Haus Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem gebuchten Komfort-Einzelzimmer. Es war im Dachgeschoss gelegen, sehr klein, enges Bad, kein Kleiderschrank (zu wenig Platz), keine Minibar, keine Sitzecke. War eher eine Dachkammer als ein Komfort-Zimmer. Es scheint aber auf den anderen Etagen bessere Zimmer zu geben.

Hôtel de caractère, installé dans une ancienne villa où les riches curistes séjournaient au début du 20ème siècle. Architecture originale. Beaux vitraux dans l'escalier. Rue très calme, mais située à 10 mn à peine du quartier historique. Station de bus "Kochbrunnen" à 5 mn. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain tout neuve. Personnel charmant et attentif. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse.

Das Frühstück war extrem vielseitig. Die alten Mauern im neuen Design. Folgende Punkte waren zu bemängeln: - im Badezimmer waren Scharmhare vom Vorbesitzer - das TV war nicht angeschlossen - am 2.Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt aber eines fehlte - im Frühstücksraum sowie im Treppenhaus war es recht kühl (was auch an den Außentemperaturen von -13 Crad lag)
