La situation proche de Strasbourg et à proximité de la forêt noire et des lieux touristiques. Hôtel très propre, accueil formidable, personnel très sympathique et gentil. Le dîner était extra (viande excellente), très correct au niveau des prix. Petit déjeuner géant typique de l’Allemagne. Le plus, une piscine chauffée, un sauna, le tout à volonté. Petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Nous entendions les douches et les conversations des voisins. Dommage. Le reste était nickel!

Bon acceuil ,chambre impecable ,le confort ,belle piscine Je suis très satisfait je n'ai passé qu'une nuit donc un peu court pour tout faire Mais j'y reviendrai La pluie du départ pour faire une promenade

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das leckere Frühstück. In meinem Zimmer 202 war in der Nacht oft ein Motorengeräusch zu hören. Ich würde in Zukunft nach einem anderen Zimmer fragen.

l'hotel est situé près du centre ville. le personnel très agréable. possibilité de louer des vélos gratuitement. Chambre très bien Le repas du soir n'était pas top et l'attente trop longue Dommage que la chambre n'était pas dans le même batiment que la piscine,sauna,... Hammam trop chaud Le petit sauna pas allumé

Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen war vorzüglich und preisgünstig! Gute Atmosphäre im Hause war spürbar. Das zugewiesene Zimmer war an sich o.k. doch die Lage über der Wäscherei im Haus 'Christian' hat und des Abluftlärms wegen in der Ruhe gestört. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, jedoch müsste es ein Zimmer an ungestörter Lage sein!

Hotel, Lage, Personal, Zimmer, Wellness-Bereich, Restaurant, Preisleistungsverhältnis Kaffee in Thermokannen (Kaffee nicht heiß und für mich nicht stark genug). Hellhörige Zimmer (man hört wenn Zimmernachbar auf Toilette geht). Leider kann "unterirdischer" Gang vom Hotelzimmer in den Schwimmbad- und Wellness-Bereich (entweder über die Straße oder durch das Hotel); mit Bademantel war man absolut deplatziert.

Sehr nettes Personal; Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr saubere Zimmer! Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und einen kleinen Kühlschrank! Hund war kein Problem! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

La localisation, la sympathie du personnel. le manque d'information dans l'espace piscine/sauna. Le manque de volonté des employés de comprendre le français, sachant que nous avons croisé 75% de français là bas.
