Excellent service, large modern clean room in a perfect location in Rothenburg - breakfast was great! Their restaurant was also the best. Was favorablty mentioned by Rick Steves and he was right. |

We loved the location of this hotel, it was within a few blocks of the main square. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom, large closet, and plenty of space. The breakfast was nice buffet of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruits and coffee. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very pleased with the presentation as well as the quality of the food. |

Clean, great breakfast! Our bathroom/shower was tiny! Also the most expensive place we stayed in Europe. I think we got put in the GuestHouse as opposed to the regular hotel. |

The staff was fantastic, they took care of every detail. Rooms were immaculate. Everyone had a fresh friendly outlook on lifie which was contagious. Made everyone feel at home. |

The staff were superb and friendly at all times,the atmosphere in the hotel was also excellent.The room was furnished well and was comfortable for the amount of time we spent in it and always kept clean.Breakfast buffet was above par and the meals in the restaurant were tasty and good value. Our room was too close to the main stairway in the old part of the hotel and the public telephone was adjacent to our room,a little too much noise from inconsiderate guests.we would certainly recommend the hotel and would hope to return one day....but request a different room. |

all staff were very accommodating, pleasant, genuine, sincere, friendly (but not nosy) so even the solo traveler like me felt very comfortable and felt at home. the room is very clean and comfortable. ideal location (in the old town next to the church) but quiet. excellent food (both breakfast and dinner) were nicely presented. highly recommended to all travelers (even to the honey moon couples!) |

This hotel was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It is old in appearance but the inside has been completely redone and is modern yet keeps the feel of the place. It was quiet and the food was really very good. The staff was helpful and our stay was perfect. |

The staff are amazing. Good breakfeast and the food in the hotel retaurante is excellent. You have to arrive ealier at the restaurant because they receive a lot of clients. The old part the buiding where was our room. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful, nothing was a problem. The WiFi internet was free. The breakfasts had a good choice and more than enough. The town is beautiful, one of the best if not the best on the "Romantic Route" - lots of restaurents a good value. As there was no dedicated car parking area, the staff were more than helpful in ensuring that a car parking place was found in the adjoining streets |

All staff at the hotel were very helpful and extremely hard working. we had a very nice meal at the hotel and breakfasts were very nice also. Not having air conditioning in the bedroom, although we were told it was unusually hot when we stayed there. |

We had a corner room facing two streets, but it was still very quiet - the windows were double-paned. The restaurant was very good - we ate there both nights of our stay. The staff was attentive and helpful. |
