The hotel was everything advertised, and more. We had a wonderful stay and Erica is superb. I highly recommend staying at here for anyone who would like a comfortable get-away. It made out trip. |

The room was great it was verry cleen quiet.The staff was verry helpful and after check in the staff took you to your room and made sure you were satisfied with the room. would recomend to all who would like to have a night alone. |

Loved the refurbished rooms, the fact that we were in the old town and the beautiful bathroom! It took them 20 min of us waiting around the entrance to check us out. |

Great location within the medieval walls, all the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast room with good selection of foods. Driving and parking were challenging. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent spot to see everything in the City. The rooms were comfortable and clean and cozy. |

The room was very comfortable and bright. Bathroom, especially the shower was excellent. I liked the decoration of the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good too. Maybe my room was closed to the hotel kitchen, there was always a smell, liked onion soup, all around in the air of my room and quite disturbing. |

Location was fantastic. Peaceful setting. Off the main drag so it was quiet and quaint. Parking easy. Staff great. Bathroom was very small as was the room. Hotel restaurant was closed so we were unable to eat dinner there, it came highly recommended. Breakfast was good. Breakfast room very nice. |

The location of the hotel within the city was wonderful. Erika, the hotel manager, was very willing to do whatever she could to make our stay pleasurable. The Hotel was very charming, and the included breakfast was very satisfying. |

The Kolsterstube is a darling hotel...but the rooms in the "old" section are very tiny and bathrooms even tinier. I did not realize they had a newly redone section where the rooms are larger and very much more comfortable. Wish I had known/realized about the option as we would have booked one of those rooms. We stayed only one of two pre-booked nights because they couldn't move us to a larger room. |

Everything! They had by far the best buffet breakfast of our whole trip. The staff was so helpful with everything, they went above and beyond. We loved the free internet. It was a ways to walk from the train station, but worth it when we came upon the old city fortress walls. Magical! |

The staff went out of there way for us on everything! I almost felt a little guilty! The bed was comfy but the room could use some updating. Still charming though, bed is the most important thing. |
