The staff are amazing. Good breakfeast and the food in the hotel retaurante is excellent. You have to arrive ealier at the restaurant because they receive a lot of clients. The old part the buiding where was our room. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful, nothing was a problem. The WiFi internet was free. The breakfasts had a good choice and more than enough. The town is beautiful, one of the best if not the best on the "Romantic Route" - lots of restaurents a good value. As there was no dedicated car parking area, the staff were more than helpful in ensuring that a car parking place was found in the adjoining streets |

All staff at the hotel were very helpful and extremely hard working. we had a very nice meal at the hotel and breakfasts were very nice also. Not having air conditioning in the bedroom, although we were told it was unusually hot when we stayed there. |

We had a corner room facing two streets, but it was still very quiet - the windows were double-paned. The restaurant was very good - we ate there both nights of our stay. The staff was attentive and helpful. |

The room was excellent and the staff was very attentive and spoke English well. The room was very nice, and had a good view of the city. The breakfast was one of the best that we had during our stay in Germany, with a good selection of cheeses, meats, and breads, as well as yogurt and cereal. |
