Angenehme Atmosphäre des im Familienbesitz befindlichen Hotels, sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotelbereich, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hotels und der Zimmer - wir fühlten uns gleich Zuhause, sehr schöner und sauberer Wellness- und Vitalbereich mit einem herrlichen Ruhebereich im dg, sehr gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum mit modernsten und leicht zu bedienenden Geräten, obwohl zentral gelegen (nähe Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum) liegt das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Anwohnerstraße,

Die Sport- und Wellnesseinrichtungen im Haus sind gut bis sehr gut. Eine echte Rarität dürfte die Sporthalle sein, die immerhin die Größe eines Volleyballfeldes hat. Eier mit Speck sollten täglich zum Frühstück angeboten werden, die Auswahl an Schwarztees könnte noch gesteigert werden.
