A very nice hotel on a very nice location

All was excellent, but they should pay more attention to the breakfast service: you had to wait a long time before there was yoghurt again, or fruit, or bread, etc.

Very friendly staff at the hotel as well as the restaurant. Perfect location in the historic part of Lübeck.

One may look for breakfast in town next time

The hotel was located very central to where we wanted to be: close to the historic sights, variety of excellent restaurants and bars. The Christmas market on the door step, with no noise entering the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Design and layout of hotel is beautiful: functional with good taste.

Considering the central location of the hotel, parking facilities are a short walk away. But this did not cause any problems.

A bit of noise on the corridors in the night (bad acoustics), but not really a problem.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff right in the heart of Lübeck with spacious rooms a good breakfast and private parking in a nearby garage.

Central location in the old town, great view, cosy and comfortable bedroom, adequate bathroom, nice and helpful staff, all that at a reasonable price (with breakfast included).

We enjoyed our stay as hotel was in the centre of the old city and had secure parking available (Extra charge of 6 Eur per night. (Not that secure as locking system was out of order!) Staff were friendly and helpfull.

We were at the back of the hotel so it was mainly quiet (apart from 1 night when a neighbour had a party until 3am) Friends with a room at the front had to keep their windows closed due to noise. Why, as the booking was made in late 2011, and I booked for both myself and friends, did they not give us adjacent rooms?

Quiet yet central location, availability of family rooms is a definitive plus.

Internet access charged separately and not working. Need to drive 10 minutes to the parking place due to one way streets. Breakfast very poor. Staff insists on speaking German.

Problem in finding the parking. The one direction street should be reverted to make the access easier. Otherwise good.

The location is unsurpassed, right in the tourist area of the old town. Reserved parking was available nearby at a modest daily rate (6 Euros per day). The included breakfast was modest but with sufficient variation even for a vegetarian! Free wi-fi in the room was included in the price.

Very friendly welcome and good, helpful service throughout our one-night stay. Restaurant excellent too.

The hotel to be when visiting Lübeck. Decent but expensive parking nearby, needs some imaginative course plotting! Breakfast not buffet.
