Very clean, staff very helpful and polite. Very close to airport, ideal if you were staying just the one night and arrived late. Or you want a place to stay before an early flight. S-bahn is only a couple of minutes walk then 20 minutes to the town centre. Layout and operation much like London Underground. Breakfast typical continental, basic but plentiful and high quality. I would definitely use it again if I repeat my trip. Thanks.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now because it's close to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The next time I fly from Hamburg I will use it again.

Almost the niciest place we stayed at during our european journey and at the same time one of the cheapest. And they make the laundry for 5 euro.

There was no double room left, though we asked one in our booking and we had to live in a room that had separate beds.

We were in Hamburg for a concert. We asked the lady at the front desk how to get to the o2 Arena from the hotel. She was incredibly helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast was good with various breads, yogurt, fruit, granola, meat, cheese, juice, coffee, tea. The S Bahn station was a very quick and convenient 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom was spotless and the room was small but comfy.

The only thing that made our stay imperfect was the traffic noise. The double windows kept the noise completely out when they were closed, but Langenhorner Chausee is a pretty high traffic street, too noisy to open them.

Cost/services relation. Fully satisfied for the purpose of a quick business trip / overnight stay in Germany. Since outbound flight was in the morning, the close proximity to Hamburg Airport (& transfer with hotel's shutlle bus - 5') was very convenient.

Nothing - but then again, I only stayed for one night...

Hotelzimmer sehr klein, Zimmer neben der Rezeption, daher ab 04:00 Uhr sehr laut, da "Airporthotel", im Zimmer Spinnweben

Ett mycket välskött hotel som är rent och snyggt men ingen extra lyx.

Ligger meget tæt på Hamburg lufthavn (10 min. Gang) - Billigere at parkere inkl. Overnatning end at vælge p-plads I lufthavn I samme periode (5 dage)

Laut wegen Straßenlärm , viel zu kleiner Parkplatz ,Zimmer sehr klein, schlechte Bedienung der Hausinstallation

Comoda la navetta per l'aeroporto

Non c'é l'ascensore, la porta della camera non si apriva, e dopo varie prove ho anche rischiato di dover andare da qualche altra parte a dormire!!! Terribile organizzazione degli imprevisti! Colazione scarsa.
