Good service and we could park our car in 2 weeks, while we were on vacation, for a very fait price and the possibility for shutleservice to the airport and bach to the hotel.

Very close and convenient access to the Hamburg airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable.

There were no negatives to our stay.

the staff was friendly, close to the U1station and one stone through away from Hamburg airport one can use Marriott's (next-door hotel) shuttle to get there within 2 minutes. very neat interior,room spacious enough, new and clean, excellent area for breakfast and wifi on the whole hotel's territory - would recommend it to everyone who would like to stay in good-quality accommodation not before or after the flights.

Its location with respect to Hamburg Airport is outstanding. The staff and rooms are excellent and the Hotel great value for money. Breakfast is more than adequate and very good. There is no restaurant in the Hotel, but there are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance of the front door.

The staff were very nice and helpful.. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the airport with a free shuttle every 30 minutes and it is a 3-minute walk to the U-bahn station from which it is a 25-minute direct ride to the city centre. There is a free WiFi.

The Kocks hotel is located next to the Marriott, a hotel with more services like a decent restaurant. Due to this proximity,I felt like I got the benefits of a larger hotel for the money I paid. They share a shuttle to the airport. This is where I stayed trying to sort out how to get back to NYC during hurricane Sandy. I was more interested in a comfortable place to stay while I waited than connection to Hamburg which I did not attempt.

The hotel is close to the airport, clean, staff is very nice, and a good place to stay for a night or two before flying out of Hamburg. I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on the breakfast but it did smell good.

Only drawback to the hotel is that the planes flight path is directly overhead and you hear planes till late in the evening. If you can see past this for a night or two this is a great place to stay close to the airport.

Location. You could walk to the airport. The shuttle is from the Marriott next door and takes <5 minutes; runs on the half hour. A taxi ride should be 5 euro but mine was 14 because the driver took a long route. Standard, satisfactory breakfast; nothing exceptional.

Rooms on the street side (even numbers) are noisy if you want a window open for fresh air.

Great place for overnight stay with access to airport. Free airport shuttle service fast and timely. Room was great: spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet thanks to the double glazing on the windows. Friendly staff.

The wireless dropped out and didn't seem to work for the rest of my stay.

Die kleine Dachkammer entspricht nicht dem im Booking.com gezeigten Zimmer. Internet fuktioniert zeitweise nicht, TV funktionierte nicht, keine Früchte zun Frühstück

Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aus der Innenstadt, Lage in Nähe zum Flughafen, kostenloser Shuttle dahin möglich, schalldichte Fenster, freundliches Personal, entsprach meinen Erwartungen

Ich bin erst spät abends in Hamburg gelandet und hatte hier - da die Weiterreise mit dem Zug erst am nächsten Morgen möglich war - in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen eine ideale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijke mensen. Heerlijk bed. Station voor de U-bahn is vlakbij en het vliegveld ook.

Geen lift en 4 hoog.
