As there was no non-smoking room available we were upgraded to an Executive room which was really nice. We took our dog with us and we liked the park beside the hotel where we could walk him, and enjoyed the view over the lake from the window of our room. It was an excellent location to visit the Christmas markets as we parked our car in the street and walked to the tram stop which took us into the centre. |

Fine Hotel; everything was like it should be. Large bath in Comfort room. Airco in the room was very nice with 37 celsius outside. The bed was very "springy and wobbly". |

We stayed in this most basic hotels of basic hotels. 30/7-31/7/'09, Room 310 (eur 63,00). Room with Beautiful lake view. Remember to park just outside the hotel-ground, because they charge you... If you're the drinker- type, you can enjoy an evening alcoholling in their outside or inside bars. They have Pay-TV channels; read the tv paper with the list and not let your children click there by accident. Just (always) make sure to read the room's paperworks when you first go into your room. Pricewise, this hotel is good for a night's sleep. 1. They had just charged my Credit Card without my notice, which I didn't like because I planned to pay cash. ( I just always use my Credit Card for the booking only. 2. Nice bathroon with shower-bath but as the notice shows: water temperature changes cold-to-hot. (They should fix that.) We would recommend based on the price & room. |

Simple business hotel, not 4 star, reception and restaurant staff neither courteous nor friendly nor properly trained (room maid knocked once at our room door and without waiting opened the door and stormed in to check the mini bar). Service during breakfast was poor, the buffet was not replenished, staff were not attentive but overly eager to clear up the table while we went to the buffet for a second time. |

Room service was not available at 9;30 pm even it is shown in the menu. Toilet is nearly broken and it is unconfortable. Hotel shold have renovation ASAP. |

Für den LastMinute Preis haben wir alles bekommen was wir wollten. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles sehr sauber.. alles sehr fein. Parkplatzgebühr 10€ am Tag, etwas übertrieben. |

Wir haben 1 DZ mit Frühstück für 106,00 Euro gebucht.Ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Beim Bezahlen wurden 18,00 Euro zusätzlich für das Frühstück der 2. Person erhoben? |

Mir hat die ausgezeichnete Lage zur Innenstadt, zu nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zu Krankenhäusern zwecks Krankenbesuch und die Nähe zu Grünanlagen gefallen. Die Betten sind zu weich! Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Vorderseite, die Busse, die lange gegen 22 - 22.30 Uhr mit laufendem Motor auf ihre Fahrgäste warteten (Karnevalsgesellschaften) störten. |

Der See nahe beim Hotel lud zum abendlichen Spaziergang ein! Die Standardzimmer auf die Strasse waren etwas laut. Der verrechnete Preis stimmte nicht mit der online-Buchung überein, es wurden total 36 Euro zuviel verrechnet. Haben dies telefonisch reklamiert und hoffen, dass uns die Differenz gutgeschrieben wird! |

vicinanza al parco, si potevano aprire le finestre, ottimo ristorante un po' datato nell'arredamento, carte da parati sporche (schizzate) ed in parte danneggiate, servizio carente (si sono dimenticati di riempire i saponi liquidi) ed in parte di mettere gli asciugamani |

El enclave era muy bueno, al lado de un parque estupendo y muy cerca de la parada del tranvía por el que te puedes mover por toda la ciudad. Al descorrer las cortinas, todo el techo estaba lleno de arañas con sus telas de araña. No lo han limpiado nunca. La fachada del hotel está llena de arañas que se ven desde la ventana. Cuando ventilan la habitación se meten dentro y no limpian nunca el techo. Me llamó la atención que siendo de 4 estrellas no tuviese en el baño cuchillas de afeitar. |
