Within walking distance to the Koln Airport. Very good value for money if you have to catch an early morning flight. Friendly and supportive staff. Good restaurant and beergarten proudly serving Kolsch beer :)

A small thing, like the missing refill of instant coffey in the room. Did miss a brochure of the hotel concerning check out times, facility in the hotel and a "What to ser ik Köln" brochure

Very close (probably the closest) to the airport and is serviced by a complimentary shuttle bus.

Ideal location for Koln Bonn Airport. Nice restaurant and an excellent breakfast.

'Hidden charges' e.g. paying for car parking. Internet access was also expensive and poor signal quality. Expensive stay considering the quality of the rooms - could do with upgrading.

It's really close to the airport, perfect for early flights.

Not very user friendly: no central light switch (every time you exit you mus go around the room to switch off all the lights), no beauty tools. The building is old, even if clean and well renewed. I was there for a trade fair, but the price was too high for the quality I got back

Price was very high for an overnight stay - this will push travellesr a little further out from the Airport

I would not use booking .com ever again got there and hotel told me that my booking was cancelled and they had no rooms available so I said what do u expect me two do at 12.30 at midnight hear are emails confirming booking which then manager came out and said he will sort some thing out for us dont use booking .com

Issues with items removed from room as cleaning staff incorrectly assumed I had checked out! Senior staff resolved the issue for me albeit slightly inconvenient for me. Nobody being perfect apologies accepted.

I stayed overnight while driving from Hungary to UK, so proximity to the Motorway was very important. Earlier that day I had lost my bank card, a second credit card was not functioning correctly. The staff at the Hotel helped me to get cash at the airport, and were very helpful at check-out, by simply charging the stay to the " broken " credit card number. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was perfect, and it was nice to stay in a hotel that had smoking rooms,,,,, as most hotels in Europe seem to treat smokers as being on a par with lepers.

There were absolutely no negative aspects to my stay.

Restaurant delivered an exceptionally good meal.

Noise from aircraft taking off all night, bath wasnt cleaned properly - hair from previous guest was still in there, no coffee making facilities, no Wifi in room, internet extremely expensive, €18.00 cost for breakfast!!
