From the time we arrived staff were excellent very helpful and friendly the hotel was comfortable the breakfast was excellent we were central for shopping and we were close to transport and throughout our stay we were made to feel welcome and at check out we said we would definately be back. Thank you to all the staff....

i like because it is near the train station...only that reason when i saw the pictures of the rooms in the web site from the hotel it was nice, but it s not the real one. it was different when i visit it to stay.also the stuff was not helpfull.

Location, right in the heart of the shopping area of Dortmund, at a fraction of the price. Check out time, 1100hrs... but in their defence, I didn't enquire about a late check out (too hungover and tired to remember) so it may have been possible.

- the location - the daily room service and the fact that the room, the bed and the sheets were very clean - the bathroom has been flooded every time we took a shower - one time there's was no hot water - the room door was very hard to open - we booked the room for 177 EUR, but we actually had to pay 206 EUR

Ideal place to stay to see Christmas market. Station and market all within 5 mins walk of each other. Very good buffet breakfast, worth paying extra to eat breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and eager to assist us in trying to make some dinner reservations, we also had an early start on our last morning before the start of breakfast and they provided us with a lovely packed breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast itself was fab. The location of this hotel was spot, only a few minutes walk to the bus stop to catch the Airport Express (Euros 6.50) and a short stroll into the centre of town.

Very comfy beds, friendly personnel, easy to get a smoking room and an excellent location; bang in the middle of the city and 200 meters from the main railway station. Great breakfast too! The shower could be a bit more powerful, not a big issue though.

The hotel staff was good and spoke good english except for the one serving breakfast. Find it a bit annoying not knowing what drinks are served. I had to change rooms twice because of a broken shower. I had to move again because the room was to already booked for the next night. So, make sure you check the room out before settling in.
