very helpful staff, breakfast , size, location great for station and town. the bed! too soft, a bit small for 2, I'm not very keen on the system of using 2 duvets, I was far too hot and couldn't cool the room - couldn't sleep - it is that which would stop me using the hotel again or recomending it. Deco a bit tired, but that was Ok. |

excellent location, clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, free internet noisy because of the cars on the boulevard but if you close the windows it's ok (except if the air temperature is high and you can't sleep with closed windows) |

I was in transit in Dortmund and I stayed only one night at the hotel, but the first conclusion is that was a good value for money. Close to the ring/ city center at 4-5 minutes from city center and 30 min of Dortmund Airport by bus. (Airport Express) |

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed was great-a rare find I may say. The bathroom was big and had a bath if you wish to take one. I would rank it a 10 considering price and location. It is near the trainstation and about a 5 minute walk to the shopping/restaurant district. |

It is near the central railway station, near the city center, hotel staff is polite, room is big enough so it is very comfortable If you come at the end of breakfast time maybe you will eat scrap, all hotel staff does not know English, cleaning staff is too loud when they are cleaning other rooms so they could awake you |

The Hotel is ideal for a long weekend break, as a base for proximity to the City centre (shopping), Railway Station, nearby underground car parking. Simple no frills hotel. |

I just would like to complain of very cold room.In the room that we were was very cold,and we asked to be transfer to hot room.But nobody did it.So we had to stay 2 days in the same room,and after a big scandal they had to remove us in another room for the last night to a lower floor; |

Having booked hotel 2/3 months previous, to be told with four weeks notice they would not be open!!!! Terrible we had a last miniute panic trying to find a hotel within our price range. Luckily the nh dortmund had a special rate or we would have been in trouble. |

The people at the reception are refreshingly natural, friendly and supportive, my room was very clean but very old fashion and the WLan didn't work; no beverage (cold drinks) at the breakfast buffet... |
