The staff was English-speaking (we know the receptionists are) and professional, gave helpful advice on restaurants and directions to the place we were looking for. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good. Rooms are quite small, and the underground parking not indicated -- you have to park somewhere hopefully not far and ask at the reception for keys and instructions. |

Nette, schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijtje. Het is geen luxe hotel, maar wel heerlijk huiselijk en rustig. Over rustig gesproken - omdat hotel niet in het drukke centrum ligt, is heb je geen overlast van buiten. En trouwens, als je wel naar het centrum wilt, ben je er zo: 5 haltes met de tram. Het bed vond ik niet zo lekker, ik kreeg de volgende ochtend vreselijke pijn in me nek. Maar opzich verder geen grote minpunten. Het is echt een prima hotel! |

Ontbijt, bedden, kamer, sauna, allemaal dik voor elkaar. Gratis parkeren voor de deur en vriendelijk personeel. Kortom: het schoolvoorbeeld voor een drie sterren hotel. |

Schoon hotel, uitstekend ontbijt, heerlijke bedden en de perfecte kamer: opbergruimte, badkamer (en douche!), minibar, allemaal super voor elkaar. Op de kamer kun je ook nog je eigen dvd kijken. Personeel is vriendelijk en staat direct voor je klaar. Kortom: het perfecte 3* hotel!! |

Hotel in zona tranquillissima, silenzioso e pulito, con staff gentile e disponibile Si vuole rammentare che l'hotel dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Dortmund e nella zona non esiste nulla di turistico. Attenzione alle tende che oscurano pochissimo le camere ed alcune singole sono senza armadio. |

Het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. Wij waren rond 10:00 uur in Dortmund en hadden de auto voor de deur geparkeerd. Binnen heb ik mij gemeld en deelde mede dat we wellicht niet voor 18:00 uur retour zouden komen ivm bezoek aan de stad. Geen probleem en we kregen meteen de sleutel van de kamer, daar deze gereed stond. Da's pas service. |
