The hotel is very nice, the old buiding is beautiful and the music theme creates nice environmental. I was in a single room, since all my friends stayed at other hotel and the nice was it was a nice, good space single room well equiped, not only a terrible small space sometimes hotel decide to use, which is good. Staff was very nice. I had to leave by 5am and the night personal made me coffe they insisted I should get before leaving. Very attentive. Location is not bad, only 3 stations from central station by tram, but it is not at center. Should have complete toilette line (shampoo, conditioning and body lotion) as a 4star. Had only general shampoo.

The breakfast is very, very good. Clean, abundant, so much to choose from, attention is good and coffee is perfect. Its a little bit further away from the center than what is explained in the webpage. Nothing terrible, but different from expected. Not all the hotel staff speaks anything other than german, making it difficult to communicate easily.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, alles zeer schoon en goed onderhouden, zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ligging goed: Altstadt, Dom, restaurants langs de Rijn en winkelcentrumop loopafstand (ca. 20min), zeer dicht bij kabelbaan over Rijn (eindpunt bij Termen!) en dierentuin, prijzen in minibar alleszins redelijk. Voor een 4 sterren hotel zou je meer faciliteiten verwachten. Er is geen bar waar je 's avonds iets kunt drinken, geen fitness of andere ontspanning, geen binnenzwembad of sauna.

очень уютный комфортабельный небольшой отель, расположенный в здании с глубокими историческими корнями, недалеко от центрального ж/д вокзала и главных исторических достопримечательностей города кельна. тихая улица. пешая прогулка до центра доставляет одно удовольствие.

Die Lage, das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal!! Die Betten lassen zu wünschen übrig. Matrazen viel zu hart, Kopfkissen sowie Decken sind wir aus andern Hotel´s besseres gewohnt.

Das Hotel Viktoria hat uns - eine große Familie, die zu einem Geburtstagsfest angereist ist - in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden gestellt. Es war sehr ruhig, die Zimmer waren schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen. Manchmal war das Personal etwas ruppig.

Wij kregen voor 1 nacht een junior-suite. Deze was ruim met goede bedden en uitzicht op de Rijn. Ontbijt is goed, voldoende keuze en verse gerechten. Goede parkeermogelijkheden in de straat voor € 4,-- per dag. Vlakbij is de Zoo met een verouderde overdekte parkeergarage. Parkeren kost daar € 2,60 per dag, je kunt de wagen ook's nachts laten staan. Reizen naar het centrum gaat prima en snel met de U-Bahn, bij de Zoo kun je opstappen. Wandelen is een dikke kilometer langs de Rijn, is ook goed te doen. We hebben de Kerstmarkt bezocht, bomvol op de zaterdag. s Zondags was het beter qua drukte.

Wij waren met 3 jonge koppels en verbleven 1 nacht in dit hotel. Dit hotel is prijs kwaliteit zéér goed. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en erg proper. Het hotel bestaat uit een prachtige inkomhal met verschillende verdiepingen. De traphal is erg mooi en voorzien van tapijt! Alles is erg verzorgd. Het personeel spreekt meerdere talen, wat goed was voor ons (weinig Duitse taalkennis). Het hotel is gelegen aan de Rijn en op 20 min wandelen van de Dom. Ook de metro en het station van Keulen zijn vlakbij, toch heb je er geen lawaaihinder. Het hotel voorziet een overdekte autostalling voor 10 euro per dag, in de buurt vind je vaak ook nog wel een plaatsje (maar betalend parkeren aan 4 euro!) Het ontbijtbuffet (van half 7 tot half 11) was gewoon SUPER......er was een grote variatie aan fruit, yoghurt, broodjes, vleeswaren en kazen, eieren, spek, worstjes, croissants, boter, honing, warme en koude dranken,...... Zéér gezellig hotel. Wij bezochten de Kerstmarkten van Keulen tijdens ons verblijf in dit hotel en we hadden niet beter kunnen treffen!

Sehr ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Rhein-Nähe. Schönes historisches Haus, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. In einem 4-Sterne-Hotel wäre es schön, wenn es eine Sauna gäbe.
