Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It was close to the city centre and this was the only good point of the hotel The room that we were given (a twin room) looked nothing like the pictures shown on the internet - when we asked to change rooms they refused and told us they believed the price charged was fair. In my opinion this hotel is more of a backpackers/hostel but with a city centre price. The hotel has a religious theme throughout (it has its own chapel and our room had a crucifix on the wall!) and this was not mentioned before booking. Overall very disappointed |

There are lots resturants near by. No free wifi, no free internet at the room, and the staff in the hotel were too helpful and quick response. |

That I got the room at half price. The location was perfect for me. The pictures of the hotel I was shown, had nothing to do with reality, the rooms look like they were decorated in 1945, and nothing has been touched since. The staff didn't know what they were dooing, and not very helpfull. I was not told that the hotel is part of a catholic chain. There was no minibar. No radio, not that I missed it, but I was promiced one. The TV was a 12" at best. Everything is brown, depressing and very old - and in some chases falling appart. Religious books and items every where, you find yourself wondering what you are supporting with your stay. There was not even a Do-not-disturb-sign, and when you ask the cleaning guy to come back another time, you get an attitude. Checkout at 11... The list goes on...! |

proximity.. close to everything.. very very central In this bloody day and age they are charging 5 euros for access to internet.. god sake.. and how come there is no air conditioning. Coming from ireland, where is it cold round the clock, i think the room was roasting.. The size of the bed is too small.. |

Price was good. The staff were very friendly. We sat in the reception area having drinks a couple of times. The staff interacted with us and we had a great laugh with them. It was very comfortable, Only minutes from the dom, shops and restaurants. When we first arrived we were put in some old rooms which were not nicely decorated. But as soon as we compained we were moved to the new rooms, which were lovely. |

クリスマスマーケット観光のため宿泊。立地がいいと思います。ケルン大聖堂は徒歩圏内。（歩行者天国を進ん- で行くと到着します。道沿いはショッピングエリアなので散策にもってこいです）ケルンで一番大きいマーケッ- ト（opem passagen）はもっと近いです。３人で予約したところ、ダブルの部屋に簡易ベッドでした。幼児をはさ- んで川の字で寝れました。朝食ビュッフェが豪華です。新鮮な野菜のサラダ、生ハム、シリアル、ジュース、バ- ゲット等それぞれが数種類あります。 駐車場はホテル裏手です。地下駐車場と聞いていたら実際は屋外でした。重いスーツケースを持ってベビーカー- を押していくのですが、ホテルへの入り口は階段でした。（正面玄関はスロープあり）部屋への荷物運びはして- くれません。室内設備：顔・頭・体・手全部OKの洗剤。ドライヤー。浴室は浴槽なしのシャワールームです。- シャワーが動かせなかったので、小さい子供を洗うのは苦労しました。 |

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Parking liegt direkt neben dem Hotel und für 10 € am Tag nicht zu teuer. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Ausserdem ideale Lage am Rande der Altstadt. DIe Duschkabine im Zimmer müsste unbedingt ersetzt werden (verkalkt). |

Sehr gute Lage, grosses Zimmer Es wird von einer katholischer Organisation gefuehrt und hat sehr viel christliche Dekoration (z.B. Kreuz im Zimmer, Hauskapelle). Die Dusche war klein und eng, die Betten auch und die Atmosphaere hat etwas von Kloster. |

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Unser Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön gewesen ! Die Einrichtung war den Sternen gemäß in Ordnung !Das Frühstücksbuffett war gut und lecker . Der Parkplatz ist schlecht ausgeschildert und wenn es dunkel wird merkt man erstmal das er auch schlecht beleuchtet ist !! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite und wurden um 6:00 Uhr durch Verkehrslärm das erstemal geweckt !! Nachher kam noch irgendwann der Müllwagen !! Ab dann war der Schlaf ganz vorbei ! Drei meter von unserem Zimmer entfernt war auf dem Flur eine große Baustelle . Die Wand war igendwie aufgestemmt worden ! Zum Glück wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes dort nicht gearbeitet ! |
