Location is excellent. Close to the city center yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room we got was spacious enough for three people. |

Price was good. The staff were very friendly. We sat in the reception area having drinks a couple of times. The staff interacted with us and we had a great laugh with them. It was very comfortable, Only minutes from the dom, shops and restaurants. When we first arrived we were put in some old rooms which were not nicely decorated. But as soon as we compained we were moved to the new rooms, which were lovely. |

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel has a highly religious theme, which may not be for everyone. For example, the only thing on the wall in our room was a crucifix. |

the location: close to museums, bookshops, restaurants and also quiet road. I did not like its cooperate feel and its religious artefacts. Hotels should be neutral in that respect. Also we were given a tiny room with two individual small beds in two different corners of the room. After having subsequently requested another room with a double bed we ended up in the most uncomfortable twinbeds. Bathroom needs modernizing. |

The Location of the Hotel was very good as it was in a quiet Area but only 10 Minutes walk from the Cathedral and The River. Breakfast was exceptional as you had a wide variety of choices from just Coffee and Toast to the fully monty of Coffee, Toasts / Croissants / Rolls, Cereal, Hot and Cold Buffet and Fruit |

A hotel with its own chapel is a bit unusual. The room was ok if rather tired. The breakfast was pretty good, and the location close to shopping streets and easy walk to the city centre was excellent. There was no tea or coffee in room. The price seems rather high for an adequate but quite basic hotel. |

Very friendly and willing staff. Convenient location. We had requested a double room with an extra child bed, but were given a room with two single and one folding bed, which made it very cramped |

The welcome of the reception area on arrival was impressive. The rooms were basic but very clean and more than served their purpose. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. This would be four star in the uk. Not enough English speaking staff. |

Service very good- staff and breakfast lovely. Room was clean and neat. Old style furnishings but good for price. Room very good value in winter as it has heating, but in summer it was very, very hot and there was no fan. |

Inexpensive hotel parking. Central location, large room, helpful staff, attractive dining room with extensive hot and cold breakfast buffet. EXCELLENT COFFEE! All in all, a real deal for the price! No complimentary toiletries and a shower that's in need of updating--but for the price, maybe I'm being picky. |

Absolutely nothing! A totally substandard room that when we requested to be moved from because of a bad smell, poor shower facilities & malfunctioning lighting, staff were unhelpful & rude, demanding a multitude of reasons why & arguing that we were wrong. |

The location was good, in the heart of the shopping in Cologne, and only a 10-15minute walk from the train station. The rooms were so far from the pictures on the website, as someone who travels often, I have never felt so duped before. The room looked and smelled old in comparision to the online photo, which also took away from an expected clean feel. There was no courtesy from the staff during the entire sta. If hadn't reserved, I would've paid extra somewhere else, after the first greeting we received. |
