The distance between the hotel location and the city center specially the shopping area,I paid zero money as a local transportation with my family (4) persons during my stay in Frankfurt. Despite the unique location,but I am not sure...... I have the impression that the area itself is not a safe enough, espacially in the night time. |

Very hot whilst I stayed which necessitated the windows wide open all night...unfortunately the trams and ambulances were quite noisy. |

Very friendly staff that is ready to help. The location is close to S-Bahn, so you get around very quickly. The shared shower and bathroom facilities are very small. |

The fact that it is Christian. Joachim Alm was exrtremely helpful and found time to discuss The Kolping ethos We all found the location excessively noisy and some of my colleagues were not able to have facilities en suite |

La cercanía a los medios de transporte (Metro, Tranvía) y al centro de la ciudad Cuando hice la serva no vi que la habitación que había alquilado no incluía ni baño ni ducha en la misma habitación sino que había que compartirlo con varios clientes en el pasillo. Leyendo posteriormente la confirmación de reserva sí que lo marcaba, pero en pie de nota pequeña. Habría que destacar más cuando se hace la reserva que la categoría "sencilla" no incluye baño ni ducha. |

Kühlschrank im Zimmer, bei dieser Art von Hotel schon ein kleiner Luxus! Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichhaltig. Die meisten Zimmer gehen auf eine, auch nachts, sehr belebte Kreuzung. Sehr laut, auch durch Straßenbahnen und Rettungseinsätze mit Folgetonhorn (Spital ein paar Häuser weiter). |

Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä. Hotellilta pääsi erittäin nopeasti keskustaan ratikalla tai kävellen. Huoneen koko oli tarpeeksi suuri. Huonetta ei juurikaan siivottu. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu kertaankaan kolmen päivän aikana, vaikka olivat likaiset. Huoneen suihkusta ei juurikaan lämmintä vettä tullut. |

Zimmer konnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Durch den optischen Eindruck wurden alle Bewertungskategorien nach unten gezogen. |

Fragen hat das Personal zuvorkommend und schnell beantwortet,freundlicher Service beim Frühstück bei dem plötzlichen Stromausfall in den Zimmern wusste die Frau an der Rezeption nicht wirklich, wer zuständig ist, hat sich mühsam durchfragen müssen, um die Situation zu meistern. Etwas mehr interne Info ist auch gut im Interesse der Gäste |
