Well located in the city center good breakfast I got a smoker room because the hotel was fully booked. As I had booked the room way in advance I was pretty uncomfortable with that behavior.

The Hotel was imaculate, teh staff attention to detail and activity was superb The Hotel was very good value for money, located in an excellent part of Hameln and there is nothing negative I can say or suggest.

The staff were exceptionally helpful - spoke very good English. Helped with train times to Hannover, taxi, etc. The room was exceptionally clean, quite small but adequate for overnight stay. Bathroom immaculate and very good shower. Mini bar well stocked and cheap (for mini bar prices!!). Situated a 3 minute walk from the main area, so quiet at night too. All in all a very good hotel for a stay in Hameln - would recommend it to others. I didn't use the sauna so can't comment on it, but if it was as clean as the room then I imagine it was fine

Positiv: Die gute Lage direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Der kostenlose Parkplatz. Das umfangreiche und sehr leckere Frühstücksbufett mit vielen Bioprodukten.

Dame am abendlichen Empfang wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage des Hotels mitten in der Innenstadt toll. Gutes Frühstück. Leider fehlt die Sorgfalt für die vielen kleinen Details. Defekte Beleuchtungen im Vorflur, defekte Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Abgerissene Dichtungen unten an den Duschtüren sorgten für Überschwemmung im Bad. Zimmer selbst etwas kahl, dafür sehr geräumig.

Top Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilft gern bei Fragen weiter. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wo findet man schon Bio Eier und einen leckeren Apfel Crumble zum Frühstück! Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt!! Maike aus München Es gab nichts zu bemängeln,
