The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in front of a Strassenbahn stop and right next to the Rosengarten and Wasserturm. The size of the room was quite nice as well. 18 euros for breakfast is very expensive - we declined to eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to the quality. However, I do not understand the concept of the "18 euro hotel breakfast buffet." Who eats that much at breakfast?

Directly adjacent to the Rosengarten concert hall. Parking for the Dorint is a separate underground garage that should have a larger sign. It is right next to another underground garage, and we had to walk around the building with our luggage.

It was very pleasant. I really liked the bathroom. There was hardly any air circulation in our room. However, a fan was provided which mitigated the problem of poor air circulation to a certain extent.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, room size and equipment adequate 1) Had booked for 2 nights (confirmed), but only first night was blocked, so after one day I could not enter the room with the keycard any more (however solved in 5 minutes) - could be a problem if the hotel is fully booked. 2) Asked for quiet room, but at 6 o'clock in the morning construction work started at the opposite side of the street

Gutes Frühstückbuffet, schönes Zimmer, alles Bestens, das Ganze hat aber auch seinen Preis. Absolutes Plus ist die Nähe zum Kongresszentrum Rosengarten. Der Preis für das separat berechnete Frühstück (19 Euro) ist ganz schön happig.

Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt und direkt am Congress Centrum Rosengarten. Comfortable großzügige Zimmer mit sehr guter Beleuchtung. Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen. Modernes TV-Gerät mit Flachbildschirm und gutem Empfang. In unserem Zimmer gab es ein breites, bequemes Bett. Die Serviceleistungen sind sehr teuer. Für den Internetanschluß werden Euro 15,-- pro Tag verlangt; ein vernünftiges Preisangebot für kürzere Laufzeiten gibt es nicht. Der Preisgestaltung des Frühstücks ist extrem unfreundlich. Unter der Woche gibt es nur ein Frühstücksbuffet für satte Euro 19,--; als ob das nicht Geld genug wäre, verlangt das Hotel am Sonntag sogar Euro 24,-- und nennt das dann "Langschläfer-Frühstück". Es ist tröstlich, dass man gleich nebenan in der Stadt in Cafes und Bäckereien ein deutlich preiswerteres Frühstück geniessen kann. Es ist sicher kein Zufall, dass auf den Zimmern kein Kaffee-Automat für zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wie sonst üblich bei Hotels dieser Kategorie.

Unkomplizierter, schneller Service. Sehr ruhiges Hotel (wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße). Gute Lage am Rand der Quadrate, Innenstadt und Neckar schnell zu erreichen, direkt am Wasserturm und Rosengarten gelegen. Die Parkgebühr im sehr engen Parkhaus fanden wir zu hoch (18,-- €/Tg). Andere Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen jedoch im Umfeld nicht!

Der Direkte zugang zum Rosengarten! Ideal für Konzert oder Event besuche! Die zentrale Lage- 2 Gehminuten zur Fußgängerzone/Stadtmitte! Ich fand 10 € für 1 Tag parken etwas zu Viel! Die Preise für Frühstück (19,-€) und abendessen(39,-€) sind etwas hoch,aber es gibt in unmittelbarer nähe zum Hotel zig günstige möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken oder Essen!

Super lage, freundlicher Empfang, Check-in 1 Minute. Leider wurde um 9 Uhr bereits geklopft, danach wurde auch die Türe noch einmal geöffnet von einem Mitarbeiter, das war sehr unangenehm und störend!

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Allerdings würde ich in dieser Preisklasse ein Möglichkeit zur Tee/Kaffee-Zubereitung (Muss ja nicht gleich Nespresso sein..) im Zimmer sehr begrüssen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang und im Servicebereich des Hotels Das war allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung, der Service schien völlig überlastet, obwohl nur moderat besetzt, nach 1 Std. Wartezeit, hatten wir immer noch nicht einmal ein Stück Brot, das Essen war dann kalt und das Rinderfilet leider total durchgegart, insgesamt keine Empfehlung für das Restaurant
