The hotel is surrounded by a grean area with a lake, which is perfect for a long walk in the nature. Good service, very friendly. The tickets for the public transport were available at the reception, good breakfast for good price. Nice cosy room, with a balcony and a nice view. Good public transport connection, bus and tram stops are very closeby. the location is a little bit too far from the tegel airport. But if you are planning to visit Postdam, then its perfect. Not too far from the center.

Striking, original design of the hotel set by the lake with excellent public transport links to Potsdam and Berlin. Very good breakfasts and choice of dinner styles- buffet or a quality restaurant with waiter service. Very competent staff with good English spoken. Sensible prices for breaks. Some staff confusion over the buffet dining in the evening- timing for last admission and lack of communication between staff. No tea/coffee making facilities in room or a fridge.

Impecable room, spacious bathroom, nice shower. Small balcony. Staff was correct, but could have been more helpful. Interior parking at a nice price (5€ per day), but there was also a tram stop nearby so downtown could be reached via public transportation. Upon arrival, we inquired about our possibilities for heading into town. The receptionist only mentioned driving there, while the hotel had bicycles for rent (we only saw that once back from city center) and the tram was also nearby. We had the feeling that she was not thinking along and that we had to pull everything out of her.

It is very convenient to stay in the same location of the business meeting. It is in the country, however downtown is at hand. The room was very small No wi-fi connection in the room nor in the meeting room. The only place with a good internet connection was the lobby

Modernes, sauberes in der Natur am See gelegenes Hotel. Großzügig angelegte Anlage. Innen wie außen. In der Nähe die Straßenbahnstation nach Potsdam. Balkone mickrich. Ruhe bedürftige Gäste sollten darauf achten, dass sie nicht in Richtung Strandrestaurant wohnen.

Sehr lange Wartezeit am CheckIn. Wir wurden in Empfang genommen, dann kümmerte sich der Herr, der sich um unseren CheckIn kümmerte, um ein längeres Telefongespräch, während am Nachbarschalter 3 CheckIns abgefertigt wurden. - Und dass Abends um 22 Uhr nach einem langen, anstrengenden Tag. Kein Internet INKLUSIVE Parkplatz wurde erst gar nicht erwähnt, auf Nachfrage wollte man uns einen kostenpflichten anbieten, obwohl es im Internet heißt "kostenlose Parkplätze" verfügbar. Duschkabiene im Bad ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen.

für ein Dreisternehaus eine sehr moderne und gute Ausstattung. Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel mit vielen Gästen, das muss man mögen.
