good location very small room. some stuffs are not friendly. at the restaurant , I had to wait to have a plate of spagetti for one hour. when I ask to the stuff how long I have to wait for the spagetti,he got angry,said "I'm not cook!". |

Location, location, location....close to the University and city center, and 5 minutes from my conference meeting place. Not really. All amenities were first class. Internet was difficult to connect to on first day, but that was the only insignificant problem. |

Ichnhabe beim Frühstück Ihrem Kellner mitgeteilt,daß die geräucherte Forelle nicht mehr gut sei.Ich habe sie probiert und mußte sie ausspucken.Eskam keine Resonance und keine Entschuldigung. |

Zeer goede ligging in het centrum van Bonn, de betere kamers hebben uitzicht over de Rijn, zeer mooi. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Bij goed weer kun je mooi buiten van je ontbijt genieten met uitzicht op over de Rijn. Badkamer kon wel een likje verf gebruiken, wel alles aanwezig en goed werkend. Verder viel de stad Bonn behoorlijk tegen, weinig leuke restaurants en leuke kroegjes, ook de winkels waren niet bijzonder. |

Die wunderschöne und wunderbare direkte Lage am Rhein mit einer tollen Terrasse. Exzellenter Blick. Das Hotel in Gänze ist vom Interieur auch etwas besonderes. Auch das Frühstück war sehr überzeugend und äußerst positiv. 1. Ich wollte meine Schuhe putzen. Auf allen vier Etagen war die Schuhcreme bei den Schuhputzautomaten leer. Ich bin alle vier Etagen abgefahren. Ein nachlässiger Service. 2. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant namens "Oliveto". Die Preise dort sind für ein ****-Hotel unverschämt hoch und die Küche war mehr als dürftig. Als Restauranttester weiß ich von was ich rede. |

Älteres Hotel aus den 60gern, welches seine besten Tage schon gesehen hat. Die Zimmer waren aber ansehnlich renoviert. Der Service war gut! Habe es mir moderner vorgestellt. |

stille en rustige ligging; op loopafstand van de binnenstad; we hadden geluk dat we niet betaald hoefden te parkeren in de parkeergarage, maar een plekje konden vinden op de beperkte gratis parkeerruimte voor het hotel. bedden en kussens waren veel te zacht; geen waterkoker op de kamer; kamer met uitkijk op de rijn was 20 eur/nacht extra (hebben we niet gedaan). |
