Very comfortable, service excellent and great attention to detail throughout.

The external look is unprepossessing, does not correspond with very comfortable interior appointments. I would never have gone there on the off-chance, seeing it from the street. ONE VERY UNPLEASANT POINT, HOWEVER, WAS THAT THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION POLICY. once you had booked, that was it, which is often not the case with Booking.com - you can usually undo the booking some time before, which is what makes your site very attractive.

Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Following a phone request prior to our stay, the receptionist secured excellent tickets for an opera which was due to be performed in 5 days time, during our stay. Also, the hotel's limosene service to & from the airport is the same price as a taxi.

Very poor beds - sagging and lumpy. Seems strange considering that a 'pillow option' is available.

Beautiful, small hotel at the entrance to the main shopping area. Comfortable and great reception service.

The only thing I thought excessive was the price of breakfast. True we didn't even try it but at 27 euros per person (as advertised) that would have been 108 euros a day for a family of four. That's what put us off. We went to Starbucks around the corner which was fine for us.

The hotel is relatively newly refurbished, so the room and in particular the lobby area look nice. Location is good if you want to be in the center in a walking area from major sites.

Compared to other 5 star hotels it looks a little bit poor, very strange design of the reception desk. Level of service of the personnel was not as expected - I had an impresion that the staff at exception was trainees. Moreover, there was no bathrobe in the room when I arrived, I had to call the reception, I couldn't reach the room service after 10 P.M. Also, on the date of departure, the cleaning lady was insistingly knocking the door asking if she can clean the room, in the morning, while I hVe asked to come up at 12 A.M. at the check out. Overall a nice stay, but the hotel does not correspond the rating it has in booking.com.
