Nice place and you can't beat the location. Lives up to its five star billing. Some mis-information from some of the less experienced desk-clerks on whether I could check out early or not. Problem was eventually resolved satisfactory, though. |

Excellent staff, very clean public spaces, and generally attentive. It felt it was a little expensive given its lack of architectural distinction. The compensation was the facilities which were uniformly good. Also, a very convenient location, although it is very much part of the city crossing on which it sits. |

the location of the hotel which was near the important places in Munich and the marine platz......in addition to that, the facilities and the service in the hotel were excellent |

The hotel was very centrally located, with assess to the underground right outside the building. For a five star hotel I found that the little things were missing. There were no coffee facilities in the room, the heating system was not up to standard and equipment provided was not of the best quality - for example when i used the hairdryer it sparked badly and tripped the room's electricity. For the price you pay - i would expect a lot more |

Its central location in Karlsplaz is perfect, its proximity to transportation facilities is great. Toilets are neat with nice finishes. The lobby is warm with nice looking heater. Matresses are not comfortable. |

It was one of the best hotels I’ve tried in Europe. The stuff were very welcoming and whelming. It is one of the best hotels’ locations in Munich. I will definitely pick it again for my next trip. |

convenient location to bus/ train/ walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. i think i would have made better use of some free time if i had the tour brochure offered at check in. it came up for discussion the last day and i think i might have planned better if i had it earlier. i didn't take the time to ask either so it's just as much my fault. i just didn't think of it. lesson learned; also based on info below i was booked as superior double room. i did not have a double room, i had a single. i don't know if that made a difference but i think my rate wasw less than the double anyway, i didn't check. |

Location is tip-top, the view is tip-top The breakfast buffet needs a quality lift to correspond to 25€. And the reception staff could perhaps have given more inspiration to mature couples (40->60), like cultural events, shopping and suitable nightclubs. |

The restaurant is one of the best in Germany Heating was insufficient because of the sudden drop in temperature but this was solved by very efficient hotel staff |

The service at the restaurant is outstanding and the location is excelent. I was woke up at 7:30 am by a hammering noise which I found out later was some sort of remodeling construction at the kitchen. |
