Scarsa attenzione ai particolari, la tovaglia della colazione bucata, la federa del cuscino bucata, tenue importanza del Cliente

It was one of the best hotels I’ve tried in Europe. The stuff were very welcoming and whelming. It is one of the best hotels’ locations in Munich. I will definitely pick it again for my next trip.

Location is tip-top, the view is tip-top

The breakfast buffet needs a quality lift to correspond to 25€. And the reception staff could perhaps have given more inspiration to mature couples (40->60), like cultural events, shopping and suitable nightclubs.

A perfect location in the city of Munich, their high and good service and helpsam stuff.

The service at the restaurant is outstanding and the location is excelent.

I was woke up at 7:30 am by a hammering noise which I found out later was some sort of remodeling construction at the kitchen.

The service and the facility was excellent, really one of the nicest places i have ever stayed.

yes, I was quite disappointed when I asked for directions to a laundromat, and when I was unclear on the directions, the hotel staff just offered to take it for me. I suppose I was naive in not asking what this was going to cost me, but when my laundry cost 82 euros I was quite upset, as this ate heavily into my budget, and my stay at the luxury hotel was a gift from my parents.

Good location for shopping and dining (tipical Bavarian food is just great and 5 minutes from the hotel). Room was small, but clean. Breakfest was good, but expensive (25 E) and was not included into room price. In fact it is a good 4* hotel, but not 5*, as they position themselves. We had problems with magnetic key to open our room door.
