I said angrily to him, I am here to complain. I can not understand why you move us to another table. He said, that table is for two persons table. I refuted, ok, let‘s go and see, I pointed to the table and asked him: “you mean, that big table is only for two persons?” He then told me calmly that a couple usually sit here, so we should not sit here. And then he contradicted me that we should first come here to ask him where we could sit, but you didn’t. so the fault should be ours I refuted that, we come here, and we find a table which is not reserved, so we sit down. Now you are telling me I should find you first, but in the beginning we didn’t see you. He said, you can wait for one or two minutes. I said if things here work in this way, you should put a paper at the entrance of the door, so that we could know the rule here. But you didn’t. How can it be our fault? And even though the couple you talked about always sit around this table, but this table is not reserved. So based on the principle of first come, first serve, you should not move us to another table. Then he shrugged his shoulder and said I am sorry, but you should not sit here. I want to see your manager. I said. He then gave me the menu, I told him, I want to see your manager, the one above you. And I made a gesture to make him understand what I said. He then told me, you may not want to see him, because he will not do anything about it. I said again, I want to see your manager. Then he said, ok, and led me to the information desk.
