Friendly staff, good location

Internet (wifi) is very slow and for additional 10,90Eur per 24 hour. Internet was extremely poor in the room. In the lobby you have got crowded by some seminar people all the time, and restaurant is almst closed during the day, so in case you need to have a meeting in the hotel it is uncomfortable indeed

The hotel was ok for the money that it asks for. Around 12 euro with the taxi to the centre. There is a train station 500 m away from the hotel, but because it edited during the whole stay I did not use it.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and at the bar. Their cocktails are really good (beware they are strong!) The food was really good quality, thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and a la carte dinner menu. The room was spacious enough and was great to have a bathtub. Very good location as only 10 minutes drive from the cathedral or 2 stops on the train.

The pillow on the bed was not puffy enough so made the sleep a bit uncomfortable. The pool size is ok but the water is a bit cold!

Location has good connection to koelnmesse and city center, otherwise location is not so good

I could not believe, that 4 star hotel does not have wi-fi for free, but you have to pay extra.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The evening meal in the restaurant was the best I'd had for a long time and both me and my partner were really impressed by the high quality! The view was lovely too as we could see the cathedral!

The hot breakfast buffet could have been hotter as it went cold quite quickly.

Room, ambiance, pool & Sauna, general comfort

Service in the bar was poor. Very slow to supply both drinks aand food. With such a well stocked bar a barman with a bit of charismer could make that bar buzz in the evening. As it was while I waited to be serveed I saw at least 4 couples leave and eat/drink elswhere.

We were given two single beds standing close to each other instead of normal double bed. And the lack of free wi-fi Internet in our room. Price for Internet wasn't reasonable

Clean. The swimming pool and sauna facility are great adding value.

Not so close from the center

The hotel has a swimming-pool and a sauna which are open from 12 pm till 11 pm. The staff is superb, very friendly and very quick when asking for smth. The room was large and convenient as well as clean.

While we were there, there was a road construction and it was hard enough to get to the hotel by car as part of the road was closed and there were no distinct signs where to drive. Though the hotel could have thought about it :)

Generally very good; comfortable, friendly, clean. Bedrooms good size.

Unfortunately at the time of our stay there was considerable roadworks making access difficult with little in the way of good diversion signs to access the hotel from the major road. Not the fault of the hotel though.

I don't like the beds design. I just can not believe that as a four star hotel the reception was told me the hotel does not have one large double bed.

All the front office employees are helpful.

When I booked double room I wanted double room not twin room. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Reception was friendly. The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Service during breakfast was a bit slow, e.g. when ordering chocolate milk.

Fantastic hotel, close to a good transport system into Köln. I'm booking again for next year :)

Only down fall was the road works which made the drive to the hotel a bit confusing
