The location is good, staff is very friendly and the breakfast is sufficient and good quality. I was traveling with a friend and the hotel tried to place us to a room with double bed instead of twin beds we had booked, without even telling us. Luckily I asked to confirm the twin beds just when we were leaving the reception to go to our room, and got to resolve this. The decoration in the hotel is a bit outdated, it's like a time travel back to 80's. But of course you can see this also as "retro" :) The bathroom has a smell of mold, and was flooding after the shower, because shower curtain is too short. And as the room has fitted carpet, we both had completely blocked noses the next morning.

The customer Service of staff which included a call to advise me that I had left my train ticket behind. The Internet did not work in my room very well as it kept cutting out,. This was frustrating.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and well-run, and manages to be elegant and genteel in a way that few small hotels are these days. The rooms are fresh and comfortable and tasteful, and throughout the hotel you notice quality. At breakfast there was a really lovely buffet with cooked eggs and sausage and bacon, and the usual cheeses and breads and cereals and sweets. The dining room is a good-sized room and pleasant, and they light a candle at your table for breakfast. My room was spacious for a single, and was thoroughly cleaned each day. They provided slippers and there was a heated towel rack. The bathroom was also a very good size and was modern and very clean. The staff were helpful and pleasant and polished. So many city hotels have been made into "boutique" places with tiny rooms and trendy but cheap fittings, and you feel they are squeezing every penny out of the space. The Hotel Kraft is at the other end of things. It is elegant, well-run and comfortable, and for the price the quality is very good. You could bring your most elegant friend there and she/he would probably be happy. There is an elevator at the hotel, and free good wifi internet.

I liked its location for my purpose of visisting the area. It is very close to the university hospital. The staff also very nice and friendly. The size of the room is good, but the bathroom size is lettle tide. It is close to shopping areas and the main train station.

The location was close to the city center and central station. Although the street the hotel is located is not a good one but the backstreet is nice so we took that one. It didn't even have shampoo. There was this liquid soap put there both for washing hands and taking a shower!!! The hotel was old and the elevator was soooo slow.

Все хорошо,душевно. Завтрак - вкусно, все необходимое. Кровать большая и мягкая постель,не хотелось просыпаться. Номер по меркам Европы огромный. Весь персонал приветливо-ненавязчивый. В пешей доступности Мариенплац и вокзал. Не пожалела ни разу. Окно открывалось периодически,т. к. С улицы очень шумно.

Вежливый персонал (отдельное спасибо портье за помощь в поиске дороги в аэропорт; gps навигатор, почему-то не "знал" где находится последний). Расположение. Цена. 1. У отеля оказалась своя парковка (о которой не было упоминания booking.com), что плюс. А то, что она платная выяснилось только при выписке отеля, что минус. 2. Заказали два номера: один оказался в полтора раза меньше (ванная - вообще 3 м. кв.), а заплатили одинаковую цену. 3. Шумно при открытых окнах
