The place is overrated! The welcome was rather cold and climbing the 2 sets of stairs with heavy luggage turns out to be a good exercise. The room was modern and new but the bathroom/shower is awful - the shower drain is a hole in the floor - no shower curtain - water all over the place ...

La struttura è veramente deliziosa, le camere sono molto spaziose e luminose.Gli arredamenti tipici del posto rendono l'ambiente caldo e romantico. Ottima la pulizia sia delle stanze che dei bagni ,questi ultimi un pò piccoli, ma completi di tutto.La cena al ristorante è stata ottima anche se abbiamo avuto un pò di difficoltà nel capire il menù.La colazione non è ricchissima , ma completa. L'unica pecca è la lingua ci vorrebbero i menù tradotti in italiano!

Albego molto carino immerso nel verde, pace e tranquillita' . La struttura e' Stata ristrutturata da poco, Le camere hanno um arredamento semplice ma funzionale anche la sala della colazione arredata con gusto. Comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito. Questo e' un Hotel adatto soprattutto per coloro che transitano una notte come noi Che volevamo visitare la foresta nera.

Die Lage ist natürlich super um runter zu kommen vom Alltagsstress, es ist idylisch und einfach nur ein herlicher Ausblick. Das Zimmer und der Speiseraum waren sehr sauber und luden zum verweilen ein. Unser Zimmer war ne schöne mischung aus ländlich und modern , einfach perfekt. Die Auswahl des Frühstück war gut ausgewählt und falls man doch noch ein Wunsch offen hat, muss man nur was sagen, das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Abendessen war auch sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and very good restaurant. Unfriendly staff. After last year's wonderful experience I decided to come back. After this year's experience I am not sure to come back again.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und gemütlich, das Bad etwas klein und eng, aber zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Küche des Restaurants ist sehr gut, Preise normal, Portionen mehr als ausreichend, Servicepersonal nett. Das Frühstück ist auch lecker, allerdings kein Kaffee am Tisch, sondern Nespressomaschine am Buffett, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, Sauberkeit, Hund mitbringen war kein Problem Samstags war der Koch nicht da, daher gab es abends nur eine kleine Speisekarte. Wir hatten im Vofeld die "normale" Speisekarte im Internet gelesen und uns auf die kreativen Angebote gefreut. Die gab es dann leider nicht.

Spacious room with good shower facility The 'neutral' and distant staff. No extra step or effort whatsoever tomake the stay enjoyable. The only effort was to comfort themselves in not having to go the extra mile. No warm, hospotable environment. Dinner was horrible. Breakfast is ok, basic but ok.
