The bathroom was old and some things were part broken. Bathroom layout was weird but it is an old building so I guess it has to do with that.

Good central location opposite the main station. Lot's of choice for restaurants close by. Rooms were very clean and maintained to a good standard. Very comfortable bed

Lots of stairs if you don't like taking lifts - ask for a low floor

I will recommend the hotel because the location is very good. When I got out of the train station, it was just behind the road. And it is also very close to the main places in Hamburg. There is a stop for the city tour bus in front of the train station and hotel.The room was also very clean.

I think the price is not very good for a single person. The room was very small compare to the price.

The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. The room was small but very good shower and toilet. Television had BBC World. I have stayed in many Hamburg hotels and this was the best - and a bargain price. The room safe and left luggage arrangements were a bonus.

Location is very good! Close to train station and metro station. Bathroom is amazingly big!

Very clean and affordable, opposite the train station entrance. Access within 100m to Taxis, Buses and Underground. Surprisingly well sound-proofed against the traffic noise. Several excellent restaurants on the same street.

Very limited room service. Our rooms had a shower over bath facility in the en-suite, but the bath was slippery making it a risky prospect for elderly or infirm visitors.

We were satisfied with the provided services and a level of comfort. Good value for money. Very convenient place. Surprisingly, the vicinity to the central station was not disturbing - the area is pretty calm and clean.

Breakfast is optional, yet for 7,5 EUR one could expect a better selection of meals. But there are lots of cafees around the hotel so it depends on you what to choose.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location very good.

Pillows are awful. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every noise from every room,did not sleep well at all. Shower and toilet in entrance of room which is a bit strange. If you want a good night's sleep this is not the place. No coffee making faciities

Absolutely liked the centrality of hotel, the informal but well organised running of hotel...the friendly staff...would highly recommend.

all that was missing was a cover to put over the duvets ... like a bedspread to keep duvets in place...otherwise great, thank you

Close to the city center and good resturants. The rooms were clean and the breakfast average.

The room they put me in on the first evening was a broom closet, the second room was affected by noise from the staff below. The hotel staff had no knowledge of the Wifi Internet system at the hotel and why it was not working. They also had no knowledge of the local area when I asked if they could recomend a resturant to go to for dinner.

Location. Price. Breakfast - good and it is cheaper than in nearby restaurants and cafe. Guest computer.

Wireless internet did not work on our mobile telephones. Television does not have channels in English and Russian languages (even for extra pay).
