Great location in front of the central rail station but not noisy; Good value, nice breakfast, Free WiFi; If you can get a good deal (book in advance) the price is fair. Pretty small room, Very basic; Staff not familiar with the city and cannot give good directions. |

The only positive about the hotel is its location (right in front of main train station) More like a star and a half hotel: everything looks old an in poor condition, bed very uncomfortable (old very soft mattress). No a/c or ventilation; when the window is open, noise and air from the train station come in. Disappointing breakfast too. |

genialne położenie tuz przy stacji kolejowej "Hamburg Hauptbahnhof", dostęp do internetu. Pokój, który został mi zaproponowany był zaskakująco mały. Siedząc przy biurku nie można było wejść do łazienki. W łazience siedząc na kibelku nogami dotykało się brodzika. Pokój mocno zakurzony, wymagający gruntownego odświeżenia.Firany pierwotnie zapewne białe obecnie miały odcień nasyconej szarości. Mizerny był również bufet śniadaniowy. Oprócz jajecznicy na maśle i szynce nie zaproponowano żadnego innego ciepłego dania. Mało komfortowe jest również ustawienie stolików w sali śniadaniowej. Stoliki są bardzo blisko siebie ustawione, tak że osoba siedząca sama notabene przysiada się do osób trzecich. Sytuacja taka zarówno dla osoby samotnie podróżującej, jak i jedzącej przy tym samym stoliku pary nie zawsze musi być przyjemna. |

BHF-Nähe, schnelle Anbindung zu Seminar-Termin Fenster nach vorn zum HBF raus - um 5.30 Uhr morgens geht laute Musik los, die Fenster haben keinen echten Lärmschutz / "Badezimmer-Schlauch" (WC-Benutzung nur mit ofner Tür, Waschbecken zur Wand - 35 cm..... ging so gerade noch. |

Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Gepäckstücke konnten per Aufzug transportiert werden. Ein Servicedienstleistender, der an einem Abend nur als Vertretung dort war, kannte sich nicht aus; so dass es nicht möglich war an Getränke zu kommen. :-( |

La recente ristrutturazione delle camere. I bagni sono stati completamente rifatti e sono ora nuovi e puliti (erano antiquati e sporchi fino a pochi mesi fa). La sala pranzo, rifatta completamente è ora piacevole e confortevole. Personale sempre efficentissimo ed attento. I bagni sono stati letteralmente sventrati e rifatti ma nessuno ha pensato a cambiare la vecchia moquette delle camere e dei passaggi comuni. |

Das Pesonal war sehr freundlich. Unsere zum Hinterhof gelegenen Zimmer haben bestenfalls 1 1/2 Sterne verdient. Die Wassertemperatur in den Badezimmern war kaum regulierbar.Die TV-Geräte waren sehr primitiv. Auch fehlten Garderobehaken außerhalb der Kleiderschränke für nasse Kleidung |

Mir haben die sehr zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal gefallen. Nicht gefallen hat mir, daß ich anstatt eines Nichtraucherzimmers ein Raucherzimmer bekam. Dieser Irrtum konnte aber schnell behoben werden. Außerdem bestand das Doppelbett aus zwei nebeneinanderstehenden Einzelbetten. |

Man konnte vom Hotel alles super gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten leider das Zimmer, welches an der Küche zum Frühstücksraum grenzte und somit war die Nacht um 6.00 Uhr beendet. |
