Breakfast was superb for the price. No parking for cars. You must park on-street. Internet service was not working. The location is not recommended at all. |

The room was spacious and attractive. The hotel staff were all very helpful with local knowledge about restaurants and transport to different parts of Berlin. The hotel was very convenient to both the conference centre and the shopping areas. The room was hot but when we opened the windows we were subjected to the smell of cigarettes and the noise of people talking below. Our room was on the first floor above the smoking area. (The staff responded sympathtically when we requested another room.) |

This is not a 4 star hotel. No airco, "Superior room" is very standard, noise from trains all night long, noise from other guests as wooden floors make cabinets resonate, cloth on bed not clean, during 3 (warm) nights and days no exchange of bed linen. |

All the staff were most helpful and the room was very pleasant. The bathroom was of good quality and there was plenty of space. The afternoon hospitality in the lounge makes the guests feel welcome. |

The hotel is very simple and quiet even the capcaity 75 room. all staff like family and all the staff are very helpful and nice. I think they should improve the room service facilities. |

Lovely historic hotel, small, quiet and very friendly. Great ambiance in reception / bar. Superb breakfasts. Our bedroom was a little dissapointing. Smelled of smoke on arrival and strong toilet smells. |

Very friendly staff, good location (the s-bahn station Hallensee is within 2 mins walking distance), good breakfast + other nice extras (eg donut on New Year's Eve after we came back from the city centre, glass of Buck's Fizz with our breakfast on the morning of 1 January), beautiful characteristic building and rooms. I would have liked it if the rooms would have had tea/coffee facilities, but the rooms didn't have these facilities. |

It is in a quiet place, enough parking places on the street. The smallest bathroom I've ever seen, if you have over 80 kg it's almost impossible to use the toilet seat. |

Gute Nähe zum Messe-Centrum, Frühstück bereits ab 6:30 Sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm, Nähe zum Flughafen Zimmer viel zu klein ! Keine korrekte Auskunft über Busanbindung und insbesondere kein Fahrplan im Hotel |

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem gute Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmitel.Ge- räumige Zimmer, modernes Bad. Im Frühsücksraum ( ziemlich beengt ) sollte unbedingt ein Mobiltelefon- verbot erklärt werden, zumal die Servicekräfte nicht befugt sind, einen Dauertelefonierer zu bitten den Frühstücksraum für sein Telefonat zu ver- lassen. |

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut und das Zimmer war relativ ruhig. Ein winziges Zimmer, in das selbst das spärliche Mobiliar nicht richtig unterzubringen war. Der baufällige, instabile Schrank liess sich nicht öffnen, ohne mit dem Bett zu kollidieren, in selbigem war wegen des Platzmangels im Zimmer auch noch die Mini-Bar untergebracht, die zwei vorhandenen Stühle standen immer wegen der Enge des Raumes im Weg und das Sahnehäubchen war die Nasszelle: über dem zwei-handtellergrossen Waschbecken gab es noch nicht einmal eine Ablage-möglichkeit für Toilettenartikel, freie Bewegung in der Duschkabine war wegen der Enge nicht möglich und die Toilette passte eigentlich nicht mehr in den Raum. Vor dem Fenster des Erdgeschosszimmers standen die Mülltonnen. Eine möblierte Abstellkammer, mehr war das nicht. |
