Location. TV set out of order during the three days of our staying at the hotel - repair promised but just partly completed. Room on the first floor, looking to the street - extremely noisy and dark. |

Staff were very friendly and efficient rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. Their was no kitchen facilities in the apartments and that was the only drawback. The hotel is extremely central and very good value for money. |

Position and price Breakfast quality is low. Very noisy hotel especially if you have window on Lipzigerstrasse: you must keep windows closed otherwise you don't sleep. There are better hotels around the are for the same price. |

Good position 10 minutes from the Potsdamer Platz, big balcony, mini-bar (I was in an apartment in the second building at the back) I was placed in the other building at the back which was very old. The wireless internet was not working, the shower was really small I could hardly fit to get inside, the chairs were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was OK but did not have a big variety. There was no toasted bread (no toaster). |

The room was nothing like what I saw on the Booking.com site. TV was not working. There was no Einglish chanel on TV. Shower handle was broken. |

The staff were very accomodating and knowledgable about the local area and more than happy to provide irmationand and guidance. The rooms were very 'tired' and could do with redecoration. |

I liked the proximity to so many great sites of Berlin, including shopping and the music hall, among others. It was bright, the employees were very nice and knowledgeable about the public transportation and I loved the included WiFi! |

The idea of an appartment was nice, more rooms in one appt instead of renting several rooms There was nothing in the kitchen ie microwave, cutlery etc. Very frinedly staff though, who lend us everything we wanted ! |

The room was large and simply decorated but emaculately clean. Mini-Bar was well stocked & Staff were helpful and freindly. The hotel is also located in the ideal place for visiting the city. The TV could have done with an English channel and the single beds were a little narrow. |
