The hotel was very close to public areas, tram station and shopping malls. You don't need to worry about forget things since there is a couple of malls like Real, Media Markt and etc..There is tram to the hauptbahnhof every 10 minutes. Reception said us you are the first person that said that but rooms are really cold. But I guess, we got used to higher temperatures in rooms in Turkey. That's why we got cold and they suprised. Besides hotel was ok.

De zimmerpreis war zu hog fur ein eifache zimmer. De betten krachen. Schlechtes TV. Das essen war zu teuer un es gibt kein normale Schnitzel af das menu. Kein kaste die mann kan abschliessen.

Servicemitarbeiter freundlich Zimmer war bei Bezug um 14 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Für 3 Sterne konnte man hier natürlich nicht viel erwarten. Bad veraltet. Dafür waren die Betten okay.

Es ist schnell mit pkw oder öffentlichem Nahverkehr erreichbar. Die Lage an der Autobahn ist zu laut. Die Betten sind alt und durchgelegen.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus oder in direkter Nähe! Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, dieses bietet gut bürgerliche Speisen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Besonderst zur Spargelzeit sehr zu empfehlen! Die Einrichtung ist wohl noch teilweise aus den 70èr Jahren.Diese sind aus sehr dunklem Holz so auch die Wandverkleidungen die damit sehr drückend wirkt! Leider sind auch nicht mehr ganz Zeitgemäß überall Teppichböden (teilweisse sehr fleckig) verlegt so dass die Hygiene darunter leidet.

La colazione abbastanza accettabile la rete wi-fi gratuita solo in una piccola zona della reception dove tra l'altro era possibile fumare. Il fatto che non sia proibito fumare in tutta la struttura e soprattutto nella aree comuni é molto negativo.

Het onthaal was uitstekend, Het personeel opvallend vriendelijk. Lekker eten. Alles netjes. Een negatief puntje: het sanitair is een beetje verouderd. Toch is de verhouding prijs kwaliteit uitstekend. Het beste hotel dat we ooit geboekt hebben tijdens de beurs in Essen. Volgend jaar komen we terug.
