Central beliggenhed, udsigt over Rhinen Aircondition på hotellet, så vinduet kan lukkes om natten. Kraftig støj fra jernbanebroen over Rhinen. |

Friendly staff,very good buffet breakfast, spotless and well serviced rooms together with good food when ordered in the restaurant contributed to a very pleasant stay. Poor and inadequate lighting in room. |

Location was good. Close to the Rhine meant the view was good (in our room at least). Close to bars and Christmas markets. Hotel staff were arrogant. Whole hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Hotel staff were arrogant (did I already say that?). |

Location was the best thing about the hotel Hotel Reception staff were very poor. The week before our check-in the threatened to cancel our booking as our card had been declined. They said because our credit limit had been reached which was not possible and when I checked with my credit card company they said it was declined because the hotel had not entered the security code correctly for my card. It took a lot of persuading for the reception staff to try again. When we were at the hotel I found the staff very arrogant. I do not think I would recommend this hotel to a friend. |

old type elevator but it works.The location is only minutes from all the action.The view out the front is direct to the rhein and to the Hohen Zoellern Bridge. Rooms are small but I am aware of that in most places in Europe with older hotels |

Location was good,about 10 minutes walk from train station although some steps and lots of uneven cobbles stones to navigate when pulling suitcases along.Many restaurants close by .Could walk to all the main sights. Our booking was cancelled by email while we were travelling and did not have access to the internet everyday.This was later rectified by a few phone calls.We were told that Booking .com had notified the hotel that there was a problem with our Visa card (there wasn't as we had no problems anywhere else)and we never found out what the nature of the problem was,no one could tell us.Luckily we had another card with us so we were able to rebook. |

The breakfast was very good, the view of the promenade and the Rhine fabulous. We were greeted by saxophone music outside our window by chance, but were able to shut out most of the street noise by closing the window when needed. The sausage supper on the outdoor terrace was wonderful with great service neighbor noise, room odor, small room and shower |

Stuff was helpful and room was clean. Location was great for partying (the most crowded place near the Rhine river)... ... which is not a good thing if you are on a business trip so you have to go to sleep before midnight. Wifi internet accesibility was poor but it's fair to say that we where in the last room of the corridor and on a highest floor. In bathroom there was a little problem with moisture but nothing alarming. |

Excellent service from the staff, i.e. helping us with car parking. Very nice restaurant. The wiev from our window - the river Rhein with all traffic. The hotel is also located very near the Dome. The room was small! |

very central location, easy walking distance to the Dom. Breakfast buffet was offering a good selection of food, free wireless. Rooms were sufficiently spacious bathroom needed a renovation and a thorough cleaning, noisy part of town |

Lovely view over the Rhine, good buffet breakfast, comfortable bed. Price was a little high but there was a trade fair on at the time. Small bathroom but adequate , Powerful shower. Hotel is above bars and restaurants so as expected little noisy with the window open. But dont be put off going there as all the hotels along the road are the same. |

Room was large compared to some in Germany. Good breakfast value. Our room was clean but the shower had tiles coming off and grim around the bottom. Could smell smoke in hall ways that came into the our room. Our non-smoking room had ash trays along with a sign "not to throw cig butts out the window" |
