We stayed at Hotel Schlosskrone on Christmas evening. The hotel location is perfectly situated in the "downtown" area of Fussen. We had our two children (ages 9 & 6) and the accommodations were acceptable. We had a lovely Christmas dinner--excellent food and service! The hotel is on the pricier side, but considering it's location and it was a wonderful & memorable way to spend Christmas, it was all worth it. Highly recommended!

The hotel is wonderfull. The only issue we had was related to the breakfast on Sunday; The hotel opens his breakfast for non-guests and the cafeteria was full!. We (as guests) didn´t have our seated reserved by the hotel.and we were forced to wait in line for about 25 min. After some complaints we finally got a place to seat. Besides this inconvenience I would say that hotel is perfect!!

Breakfast buffet was really great. In house cake shop served chocolate mousse, chocolate fountain, cakes, pastry etc. I baked my own waffle. The suite was very spacious with kitchen, eating corner, clean bathroom etc.

The room we stayed (4 persons) was nice. It has an amazing view of the mountains and a very nice small balcony. The hotel was recently renovated and a simple breakfeast but complete. We really recommend it.

The hotel is well located, the room that we stay was great (for 4 person), we had a beatiful view of the Alpes. The location is excellent, very close from little stores and restaurants. They offer a nice breakfeast buffet. I really reccomend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were terrific and the hotel staff were most accomodating. The room was lovely and I would certainly recommend it to anyone! Wonderful time!

Great room, great food, incredible view from the premium room. Nothing was mentioned about parking on Booking.com, so when I arrived, I was informed that I had not reserved a parking space and I therefore could not use the hotel's parking garage, which was full. I had to park a good distance from the hotel and walk back and forth. Please fix this as it is an inconvenience and is awkward.

Warm greeting and we had been upgraded to a superior room. Older children appreciated extra space and delux bathroom. Great breakfast with helpful friendly staff. Excellent location near tourist spots. Wonderful Bavarian village with good food and shopping. Close to train station but no noise. Would like to be able to make tea/coffee in the room as in England and other countries.

The room was fantastic - really nice, homely and comfortable, with a big balcony that we sat ouside on even thought it was winter! The bathroom was very modern and had a bath, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had really delicious pork nuckle and the waiter was great to talk to!

The location in the very centre of Füssen (in the old town), 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Hotel and rooms very clean and quiet, friendly personal. The double room I stayed was very big and had a bath tub and a separate shower. There was a big roof terrace to be used (with sun matresses - which in this time of year were not for any use). Room was nicely furnished. Breakfast buffet was rather large in selection and fresh products. I just love the hotel and will stay there again if on a visit. Only 10 min bus drive to Neuschwanstein caste ("Disney's Sleeping Beauty caste").

They had a family room with 2 large beds. Since we were traveling with 3 children, this enabled us to all sleep in one room, instead of having to book two rooms in other hotels. The hotel was spotless!! Service was great, food was great, overall a great experience!

Luxury of the rooms. Quality of the breakfast. Location. For diner we had to wait until 18:00h to order any food. We were starving due to the day at the castle and there was no flexibility from the restaurant staff in accomodating an early order.

We were quite surprised by this excelent hotel. Nice staff, good English speaking, 2 good restaurants, a bright new apartment, new matresess and pillows, localization, etc., We also received an upgrade in our room and 3 glasses of wine free in the dinner. Perfect stay.

“This was a spectacular surprise. Booked on line, I didn't know what to expect but anticipated a German Gasthaus experience.
