Our room was large and the bathroom was also large - a bonus. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had no a/c, but the hotel provided us with a fan and our room had multiple windows. They could use a better unloading and loading area. They could also use better parking availabiltiy. |

The staff was courteous, efficient, amicable and helpful. However, the location is on a busy traffic circle and so there is no ambiance. It is loud with the windows open and no air conditioning... |

The receiptionist was outstanding and very helpful for us American guests. The breakfast was also excellent. It was a bit warm for our situation as the air conditioning could not reduce temperature without opening the obvious - the windows - then there is the street noise until early morning..... Street noise is difficult to overcome when opening the windows - a must when it heats up like it did - wonderful outdoor temp's |

I liked how very personal the experience was. Our room had a greeting card on the bed with our names on it welcoming us to the hotel. We reserved a table in the restaurant on the first floor and again, another card with our names on it. The food was some of the finest I've ever had in Germany and service was wonderful from start to finish. The only bad thing about this hotel was that our room had a balcony, but there was a large tree right in front of it so we didn't have a view. Of course, we were facing the busy street, so it was a good noise filter. |

we arrived around 11:00 pm and hotel was closed down. Took us almost 45 minutes on a cold rainy night to get access to our room! Not good! |

The restaurant was good. We had a good dinner there. I was expecting a bit more from the breakfast since they own a bakery shop. There is free wi-fi. The hotel is not a 4 stars. It is a fair 3 stars hotel. It is over priced. The decoration is very basic, lacks caracter. There is no toallet amenities, only a liquid soap in the shower. |

Location was easy. Breakfast buffet was awesome. "Castle view" is of the Fussen castle- not Neuschwanstein. Very clean and well kept. Considering the night cost, I think parking should be included. No washcloths. |

This is a very nice boutique hotel with comfortable, clean and cosy rooms and excellent location (100 ms from the main shopping street of Füssen in the old town). We had a splendid view from our balcony to the mountains and the castle of Füssen. The staff is quite friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There is a confectionery in the hotel for those having sweet teeth. We would return with pleasure. Food at breakfast was not refilled properly - when we were there, they ran out of fruits, and there were no vegetables, but otherwise it was OK. Internet was a bit slow. Parking is a bit further away. It would be more comfortable if the hotel had some extra facilities (like wellness section), and the elevator would go from the reception and not from the 1st floor/ground floor at side entrance (as this way you have to go out if you don't want to climb steps - for elderly people it may be problematic). But these latter derive from the construction of the building, so we can live with it :) |

The pastry and cakes were very good. We bought some cakes to bring back home. However, there was no cake box provided and the cakes were packed in some paper only. In the end, the cream on the cakes started to melt, and made a big hole in the paper. We had to balance it carefully all the way in the car ride home. |

The room was very nicely appointed, the restaurant excellent and the breakfast to die for. The location provides great access to the town and a short drive to the castles. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit funky as you need to access a tight, underground garage of a neighboring hotel. |

Position is great. Rooms are great. Cafe is great. Restaurant is excellent as are their breakfasts. Close to the castles and they had parking available! If you are taking a partner or your family then this is a great hotel!!! Highly recommended |

I was pleased with services. One of the employees went out of her way to reheat and serve me meal that I had brought with me when I checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The location allowed me to stroll downtown during the night. I wish I could have stayed longer. Only wished I had a washcloth. |

Lovely room (Sissi) with beautiful view. Convenient location. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very scenic area. Everything was perfect for a romantic holiday. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, but this seems to be a common problem in German hotels |

I likes the locatuin of the hotel it was close to all amenities and the rail way, busstops etc. The buffetbreakfast was rich and the staff friendly. I think that the hotel was overpriced, my room had no bath, only a shower and there was no lobby on the ground floor. |

Friendly staff with excellent English. Nice cake shop. Decent restaurant. Easy to find and convenuient for the town centre. Fantastic view of the town and castle. Felt more 3-star than 4-star in the attention to detail like the size and quality of the towels and the furniture was somewhat dated. We had a suite for 4 b ut that included a sofabed which was not clear in the room description. The sofabed fell apart twice. It was left up all day. I would have expected the staff to put this away and set it up again in the evening to that we could use it as a sofa during the day rather than us having to do this. |
