Hotel Schlosskrone    

Lovely room with sumptious bathroom and separate toilet. Door opening on to terrace with seating area. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Overall a great experience and well worth the money.

It was a warm day and air conditioning would have helped. There was a system in the room wherby natural air could be vented in but we couldn't get it to work

Great location. Tobias at reception was friendly and very helpful. Room was luxurious. Secure bike parking. Restaurant excellent for dinner and breakfast. A special mention to our waiter Sal for his excellent service.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the decor.

Tight parking spaces

Fabulous service from arrival to departure. Best position in town, very quiet and clean, best breakfast I have seen, chocoholics dream. Worth every cent paid. I think there may be a difference between the old and new section. The new is as close to perfect for a hotel room as you can get.

Wifi in the room would have made it 10/10.

Everything in the hotel and Fussen itself attracted us...If I have another chance, I want to come back with my family...

The wi-fi did't work in the bedroom. I had to go to the lobby to use it.

This was an excellent hotel with luxurious rooms and great restaurants onsite. The breakfast was really great with european as well as western items.

The hotel was excellent . It has obviously just had a lot of money spent on it and the rooms were superb . The facilities were really good. Everything was of a really high standard . I would go back again .

The restaurant was only average . It was midweek but it was not busy and the food did not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel .

One of the most friendliest hotels in Germany, the staff were very kind and approachable. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the two restaurants and Kurcafe are awesome.

I would have preferred the checkout time ends one hour after the breakfast ended. 10:30 is too early for a checkout, given that the earliest check in is only by 15:00.

The location was great, and the on site pastry shop was excellent and very reasonably priced.

We stayed in mid-May, and the temperature was relatively cool outside, but the rooms at the hotel got uncomfortably warm at night. Due to the location on a busy street we couldn't open the windows at night to cool the room. Coupled with the fact there is no air conditioning, we had difficulty getting a good night's sleep.

Room was wonderful, large bathroom, windows over-looking castle. Breakfast was very good and fully inclusive. Location was close to rail station.

Confusing to find room. Up to 1st floor, along corridors to next lift to 4th floor. Situation on main road next to roundabout may be noisey in peak season.

The breakfast was amazing

Large room modern 2 person bath. Friendly staff. 5 minute walk to train station. Location 10 minute buss from train station to castles. Motel restaurant has scrumptious pork knuckles.

Ringing bells continuous for 15 minutes starting 05:45 AM

Warm welcome at the reception. Clean and well located near Neu Schwanstein (6 min drive). I arrived late and could park on the street just next to the hotel as the coin parking was free before 8 a.m..

The only small thing negative was, the bathroom smelled of something like sweat. It seemed to come from the shower curtain.

Excellent hotel, brilliant location with all necessary and quality facilities.

Well positioned. Very comfortable room and facilities. Very friendly accommodating staff. Excellent restaurant. Accommodates gluten free very well.

Charging 9 eur for using the car park sounds like too much when paying already 185 eur for a single night in the hotel. Car park use should be for free if you stay there. Room 111 was noisy (just facing the street) since we had to sleep with the window open (it was warm in the room)

The SPA and relax area was included in the price. Great Buffet for Breakfast Strategic position in the city centre.

Perfect hotel with nice restourants.

We came for the breakfest at 10:00 AM (deadline was 10:30) but it was almost nothing to eat and staff was about to clear the buffet.

Great location in Fussen close to the castle and some shopping and the marketplatz. Very comfortable and modern rooms and great bathrooms. Breakfast was outstanding and included.

Tight parking garage but it is on site and very convenient.
