We liked the location, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Meals excellent and would not hesitate to return Our only complaint was the towels in the bathroom - too thin and not big enough |

Very small and friendly. It matched the area of Germany we were in perfectly! We wanted to cancel the last night and head to Munich for an earlier start on our next travel destination and they would not let us cancel. |

Very good 4 star choice at a reasonable price for the area. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, bed comfortable, bathroom large and shower perfect. There is an elevator and parking is available for 5 Euro. Rooms were very quite with double pane windows, and the view from room #43 was georgous. Breakfast was very good with both American and German choices. Our room rate was 109 Euro for a standard double room but the room was far better than most standard rooms. |

very friendly and helpful hotel staff and amazing breakfast buffet as well as wonderful meals disorganization in the dining room. Waitresses don't seem to work as a team, sometimes not paying attention to guests for a long time. |

This was a charming hotel, and of 8 hotels at which we stayed during our recent holiday this one had the best breakfast! The staff were helpful and friendly too. |

All the staff were very kind and personable, and eager to help. They presented a very welcoming personae, after a very long journey. They provided a very above average breakfast with lots to eat, and freshly made. The place was immaculate. The hotel patio provided a restful sidewalk cafe venue. Perhaps they could invest in some new room safes. The present ones are rather complicated to operate and dated in technology |

Very friendly staff, good restaurant. Good location, near to our planned outing. Reception for check out opened at 8:30 causing a late start. It should open earlier. |

Good location close to the bus terminal and the center of the city. Large bathroom and good pastries for breakfast. Although we requested a non-smoking room, the room we stayed was smelt a bit. |

Very clean building with a great staff and wonderful restaurant. This one of four consecutive Htel visits for us and it was one of the best. Our room fan was very noisy. I contacted the hotel staff. They took the fan but couldn't repair it or replace it. Perhaps the hotel should keep a couple of extra fans available if something like this happens. |

Hotel was very convenient to the major places of interest. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. A minor point. We were unable to access the WiFi from the hotel room and had to go out into the communal areas in order to get a signal. |

The hotel is in close proximity to Fussen which is a lovely village, and the breakfast was very good. Price was too expensive, the beds were very dirty, and itching, and the room was too close to a major road, and no airconditioning for summer!! |
