Everything was perfect. Really close to metro. You have to walk less than 10 minutes to go to Alexander platz. Helpful staff. Excelent breakfast. |

Very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, location very good for city vacation, nice fitness room - all in all in top Breakfast was a logistic disaster every day. No free seats, missing plates and knifes, too small breakfast area and staff could not keep the pace in servicing the area. Food was fine - but it is a very bad impression of breakfast. |

It took us a while to find the controls to lower the temperature of the room. There didn't seem to be a guide on where they were or how to use them. |

Very comfortable, clean, warm hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Lack of toiletries in bathroom which I would expect in a 4 star hotel. |

Perfect location for visiting east Berlin. Seemed the staff had difficulty keeping up with the number of guest going for breakfast around 10.00 and service was lacking as a result. However at 7.00 the service was excellent. |

location was excellent and quiet too little staff and tables for all the people who wanted to have breakfast. its not very nice to wait in line for a table to have breakfast....and there was one guy who had to manage all the tables...he was going crazy and all the people were complaining... |

The breakfast was excellent.Room was spacious. Staff helpful and spoke English. The mini bar in the room was broken. We told reception and nothing was done about it. On checkout the receptionist could find no record of our complaint! This was only a small problem in a nice hotel. |
