Location (5 steps from metro station!), hotel stuff (they responded successfully to all of our requests), the 1-hour free internet access every day and finally the free beer and water.

The design and decoration of the two-bed room we stayed in.

Super location right next to u bahn entrance and just a couple of stops from Alexanderplatz, but in a relatively quiet situation next to the canal. A 10 minute walk to the Museum Island. We stayed in one of the apartments which was well equipped for those who like to make their own hot drinks and eat a bit of breakfast. Only downside was we ate in the attached Lebanese restaurant on the first night where service was poor and the food unexciting.

Nice rooms. Nice personal. Free watter/beer. Very comfortable beds. Very close to the U-Bahn and some Busses. Close to the museum island :)

The air condition regulation could be improved.

Good location, just right next to the metro station. The hotel is right across the Museum Island and all the major museums are within walking distance. Big and clean room and very helpful and friendly staff.

For a hotel like this, I would expect better bath towels. Also, internet should be free - currently it is only free for one hour.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

There was no air conditioning. The weather was not hot but in summer time the room can become a little unconfortable.

Breakfast is quite expensive for Berlin standards. But not a problem for us since we usually prefer to have breakfast out of the hotel and there are so many places in Berlin where you can have a good breakfast. Beds are quite soft.

Very large bedroom and bathroom. Possibility of having a tea and water for free in the room. Very quite location but near the main view points.

The bathroom was very good but few spots were still visible, otherwise clean and tidy.

Lovely, clean and pleasant hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free refreshments each day after a busy day.

The bed was regular, not sooo long!!! But it was really comfortable anyway!

The location was very handy: Märkisches Museum Metro is really just 30 seconds away and takes you in two minute to Alex. Plz and also directly to ku*dam - if you are interested in shopping in a crowd. The rooms were a good size and Junior suite great for quick snakcs and breakfast - rather than spending 16e at the hotel...The kitchenette was much better equipped than in many self-catering flats in the Med..The housekeeping in the hotel is brilliant and kept the rooms spotless. They even did our dishes! A great bakery and Lidl (with some organic stuff as well) and a fruit&veg just around the corner. Good choice to stay with grown up daughters

The air con and heating seems to be a problem. A central system does not allow individual control which meant that we were first cold and then too hot! (Dec 2011). I can just imagine July and Berlin's heat waves....
