Excellent location, right next to the city central area and the rail station. - Extremely dated décor, furnishing - no elevator - it was actively being renovated while we were there, builders started work at 7am every day (drilling, shouting, etc.) - cleaner were starting to service the rooms at 7:30am (hovering, etc.) - only two of the receptionists we met while staying in the hotel spoke acceptable English, the rest did not, hard to communicate (it was good that we speak other languages) - no shift handover (one of the lady receptionists DID NOT know who we were, which rooms we were staying in) - poor ventilation (bad smell in the corridors and the rooms)

The hotel is close to the main train station. The price on booking com is more expensive then in the hotel. It is a small hotel and according to the hotel, they need to charge 10% more on the price when a guest books via booking com. The room was not worth the money, it was very little, bathroom had unpleasant smell.

The reception is very nice, and the room is very cleaning also. It is very close to the main station, only 3-minutes by walking There is no hot water inside the room, which is very inconvenient for Chinese~ I did not take the breakfast, but charged me also~ It is not flexible enough.

Attention to detail, it was somehow very comfortable from the start, very nice personnel, we liked everything - the interior of the hotel, the lift, our room, breakfast. There's a PC with a printer in the hall specifically for guests - to print their flight tickets. Breakfast is from 7-00 to 10-30, half an hour longer than in many other hotels, the check in and check out time is not limited, we arrived at about 12-00 and left at about 23-00 and that was fine, we could pay for so many breakfasts as we needed. Very flexible and customer friendly.

Location, staff, cleanness, lift. This is one of the most advisable hotel in Bonn. Rooms are very small diminishing the comfort of cleanness and location.

Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ist aber eher eine Glückssache Das der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb war, was mir nicht bekannt war. Des weiteren war striktes Rauchverbot. Lag aber eher an den neuen Gesetzen der Linken Regierung in NRW die jetzt auch meint die Menschen bevormunden zu müssen.

Ich fand besonders angenehm, helle, gut angebrachte Nachtischlampen vorzufinden. Eine Dusche mit großem Duschkopf findet man selten. Sehr angenehm Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht. Ich war erstaunt, daß kein Handtuchausstausch nach der ersten Nacht standfand.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel Trotz fehlenden Fernsehempfang auf dem Zimmer gab es keine Preisminderung.

Das Zimmer war sehr preisgünstig wegen Umbauarbeiten, gutes Frühstück in sehr gemütlichem Raum Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, Zimmereinrichtung war schrottig und teilweise kaputt, Bad aber ok

Hotelzinho e café da manhã gostoso. Simples, mas aconchegante. Localização privilegiada. Eficiência e cordialidade todos funcionários do hotel. O banheiro é ponto fraco. Pequeno, chuveiro/ducha adaptado dentro de uma banheira inexistente. Nada funcional.

Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist ok. Zimmer sehr altbacken. Beim ersten Zimmer viel der Handtuchhalter und eine Wandleuchte von der Wand. Zweites Zimmer nicht sauber. Nach Stunden endlich die Putzfrau, leider hatte sie ihren Putzlappen auf dem Tisch vergessen. Parkplatz? Eine Katastrophe! 4 eigene direkt vorm Hotel vorhanden. öFfentlicher Parkplatz, keine Chance. Nur für Anwohner mit Parkausweis.

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie wijk, dichtbij het centrum, schoon Voor 3 steren hotel en de prijs die ik heb betaald, heb ik zeker een koppje thee te drinken in mijn hotelkamer gemist. Er is een bar in de kamer maar ik drink geen alcohol en ook zoetedrankjes vanwege mijn dieet. Graag doorgeven, een waterkoker en 2 zakkjesthee zullen het heel goed maken. Bedankt!

Super Verkehrsanbindung, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Zimmer sauber, freundliches Personal 24 std. Rezeption Das Fruehstuecksbuffet koennte etwas reichlicher sein, mehr Gemuese wie Gurken oder Tomaten, immerhin sind € 10,-- doch ein stolzer Preis!

駅から近い。ミニ冷蔵庫がついているのが気に入った。 部屋でFree wifi出来るんだと思ったのですが・・・できなかったし、何の説明書も無かった。フロントにあるPCを使- ったけどこのこと？
