Personnel rather helpful and prompt with service. The buffet breakfast was abundant and I could enjoy it from the conservatory of the hotel which looked out onto a main street. The ventillation of my room was not that great. I think there must have been several smokers in that room and I could certainly smell it. |

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and met all our needs |

location - very convenient for trains, buses & city centre. staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. It's a pity the hotel only does breakfasts, no lunch or evening meals. It would be handy even to get a light snack in the afternoon or evening. |

nice location; friendly staff; clean; small, but nicely set up room with good bed very poor sound isolation, neighbors weren't loud, but could bathroom, etc; noisy fan in bathroom |

Good access to Bonn Station only couple of minutes walk. Convenient to visit Colone Messe by train. Nice breakfast. |

It's central with easy access to the town centre and bus routes. Wonderful fresh breakfast rolls! The single rooms up in the attic are a bit small and there is a lift only to the 3rd floor. |

De ligging is prima t.o.v. het Hauptbahnhof Bonn, de sfeer vriendelijk. Beetje lawaaiig, i.v.m. verkeer vanaf 5 uur 's ochtends, maar ja. Daarvoor lag het hotel ook centraal. |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ja, die Betten waren für unsere Bedürfnisse zu weich, und es gab die ganze Nacht über ein störendes Geräusch in den Leitungen. Wir haben das moniert; die Frau an der Rezeption hat sich entschuldigt und gesagt, es sei ein Ausnahmefall. Die Störung werde abgestellt. |
