Location, staff, cleanness, lift. This is one of the most advisable hotel in Bonn. Rooms are very small diminishing the comfort of cleanness and location.

Clean Room, good breakfast buffet and reception staff spoke some english. I chose this hotel as it is within easy walking distance of the main train station which was good as had to travel to Cologne each day to attend the exhibition centre, the cost was much less than staying in Cologne. Single room was quite small

Very convenient for the Hauptbahnhof and city beyond. The room decor was in a somewhat scruffy state (though the ensuite had obviously been completely redone recently)

Convenient location, staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, nice balcony on the 4th floor. Room was a bit too small and the rooms on the 4th floor all have a part in the ceiling that is quite lower, so if you're a tall person (as I am), there's a risk of banging your head when waking up.... But it's not that bad and can be dealt with. Also, the breakfast, while quite decent, does not worth the 10€ they charge.

1. Superb helpfulness and general customer service - First Class! 2. Spotlessly clean room - Thank you! 3. Supplied with continues coffee during a working afternoon at the Hotel. 4. Arrived earlier than requested by Hotel due to long distance travel connections but still given very warm welcome by staff. 5. Location very convenient for train station and Christmas Market.

Everything was excellent! Perfect room, very clean, comfortable and cozy (with two windows). Good breakfast, location, staff. Very nice hotel, I`ll come back with pleasure. I have no complaints, everything was perfect.

In the first place the fact that could bring my dog. The hotel is close to the city centre enough, but quietly situated. Breakfast was very good.

General all round high standard, The staff were extremely obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location, a five minute walk from the main railway station and adjacent bus and tram station make for ease of getting around for the traveller without a car.,. The use of 'smoking' rooms to accomodate non-smoking guests. No facilities for making a hot drink in the room.

The location is extremely convenient and the surrounding area is quiet.The staff is very friendly and lift is a big help unlike many "small" hotels. The double room was too small,and so was the wardrobe for two people.

the hotel room is very quite and clean. beds are comfortable. Decorations are very warm. good location and surrounding. friendly staff. excellent buffet breakfast. valuable price. the curtain cannot blind sunlight well enough in the morning. But it is still alright with me.

Service war ok. Das Zimmer ein Bisschen klein, aber für diesen Preis, völlig in Ordnung. Frühstück war super. Also, wir würden dort wieder übernachten, keine Frage. Die Zimmer sind ein Bisschen klein.

Sehr zentrale Lage (Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar). Guter Komfort im Zimmer. Frühstück war lecker. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Parkplätze sollten -wenn möglich- reserviert werden. Es sind max. 5 Stellplätze verfügbar. etwas wenig...
