A very quiet location, with good metro connection to downtown. Big room, windows to front and back of building and a small balcony to back, in front view of the small park on Kurfürstenplatz. Nice kitchenette, also an extra small dining table in the main room. Very friendly helpful staff, good breakfast at a better price than many other hotels in the area! The bathroom is so tiny that only skinny people can use it with the door closed. Lighting is a bit dim and not in the best places (no light on the dining table for example nor on the desk). No hooks or bars for a damp towel, no hooks inside bathroom for clothing, only outside next to the door. Neighbours getting up at 5 am seemed only to be so noisy because the entire neighbourhood is so incredibly quiet.

The hotel was near to the public transportation and to a Lidl Market. The sheets were dirty but when I asked for clean ones they apologized and changed immediately.

Hotel is ok if you looking for low cost room. Thing is that is is not low cost so I think that for what you get, it should cost half of price. For price which we have paid, it should be much, much better.

It is very close to the S-bahn the hotel is clean but very simply: there is no a real hall of entrance, you enter directly in the breakfast room

Die Einrichtung war dürftig, Geschirr und Besteck im Küchenteil war nicht ausreichend ( nur 1kl. und 1 großer Löffel ) alles andere gerademal 2x vorhanden. Keine Haken im Badezimmer. Der Schreibtisch war leergefegt.

De basis voorzieningen waren prima in orde, schone badlamer, warm water, redelijk goed bed, goed ontbijtbuffet. Kamers waren wat ongezellig en er was geen wifi.

Ich habe nie das Gefühl, dass das Hotel sonderlich ausgebucht ist, aber ich mag mich auch irren. Dennoch wird mein Zimmerwunsch nicht immer erfüllt. Ich bin lieber im Haupthaus, da ich die Räumlichkeiten viel ansprechender finde. Leider werde ich häufig doch im Nebenhaus untergebracht.

Disponibilité du personnel Difficulté de parking en revenant tard le soir, parking privé plein. Service internet basic pour son propre pc portable toléré en salle comune sur un coin de table mais sans réelle organisation (quasiment limité à la replication de mail.

Для "трешки" вполне приличный отель. Понравилось отношение персонала, многие из которых говорят по-русски. . Не понравилось отсутствие интернета — только за дополнительные деньги и немалые. И несмотря на то, что отель позиционируется как апартаменты с кухней, готовить не очень удобно, что не подойдет семьям с детьми

Das Frühstück war super, ebenso die moderne Zimmereinrichtung. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Einziger Nachteil war, dass kein Kühlschrank in den neu eingerichteten Zimmern vorhanden war.

Sa proximité avec la rue commerçante de Leipzig Strasse et du métro. Le parking n'est pas trop cher et la chambre est un petit appartement avec une chambre séparée. Dans la chambre, il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans le frigo qui se répandait dans la chambre. Le coin cuisine était tres sale et vétuste. La moqette était tres vieille et tachee. Le matelat était vieux et déformé. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre systématique. Il manquait une connection internet et l'ordinateur de l'accueil, a disposition des clients, est tres ancien et n'est pas réactualisé.

Sehr freundliches Personal; Parkplatz (7€/Nacht) hinter dem Haus im Hof. Das Zimmer war riesig und bereits mittags bezugsfertig, alles sauber und ordentlich. Kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank; Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich (allerdings nichts Warmes), alles in allem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Stadtnahe Lage in Frankfurt. Messe und Palmengarten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Große Zimmer z.T. mit eigener Küchenzeile. Mitarbeiter nicht besonders motiviert. Lobby und Frühstücksraum sind ein Raum, daher sehr klein. Trotz Ankündigung und Zahlung der Gebühr von 7 Euro konnten (wollten) Hotelmitarbeiter einen Parkplatz im Hof nicht garantieren. Parkplatzsituation rund um das Hotel ist sehr schwierig !!! Rauchverbot wird nicht immer durchgesetzt. Der Rauch aus anderen Zimmern zieht dann ins eigene Zimmer. Das beworbene WLAN ist ein Telekom-Hotspot der nur kostenlos ist, wenn man Telekom-Kunde ist.

Die relativ zentrale Lage ist gut. Durch die guten Verkehrsanbindungen (Straba, U- und S-Bahn kann ganz Frankfurt gut erreicht werden.
