Stayed here on a previous occasion. The hotel is well situated on the Ku'Damm. Clean, well appointed, good sized rooms with a breakfast room that is fantastic.

Not a lot wrong with this hotel

Good location with fine facilities and rooms. We checked in just past midnight and there was no problem. Beds were fine and our request for a child's cot was fulfilled. Air conditioning was very welcome.

No kettle/jug and coffee/tea-making facilities, and no minibar (wasn't interested in the contents but the fridge would have been useful!)

Am besten gefallen hat uns der Frühsstücksrauum mit der tollen Aussicht über Berlin. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral.

Im Bad bröckelte an einer Stelle der Putz ab, im Waschbecken fehlte der Regler zum Wasser ablassen. Trotzdem kein Grund daas Hotel nicht zu Buchen, da das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ansonsten sehr gut ist.

Ottima posizione dell'hotel, in una via centrale piena di negozi, ristoranti e snack bar, di fronte fermata del bus e stazione taxi, metro poco distante. Camera molto ampia e spaziosa, pulita in quanto la pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani avveniva quotidianamente anche se lasciata la camera in tarda mattinata. Letto comodo. Servizi funzionali. Cassetta di sicurezza disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi, riscaldamento regolabile autonomamente. Possibilità di acquistare la Berlin Welcome Card in Hotel.

Personale alla reception un po troppo sulle sue. Wifi disponibile solo nella hall dell'hotel e a pagamento. Il rubinetto del bagno perdeva acqua. Arredamento non troppo curato e mancanza del frigobar. Costo di una bottiglia d'acqua naturale da 0,75 in hotel: 3,50€ !!!!

Siisti saksalainen hotelli kohtuuhyvällä aamiaisella. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Sijainti hyvä. Bussilla pääsee lentokentältä ( Tegel ) hotellin eteen ja taas takaisin, eikä taksikaan paljoa maksa.

Bei unserer frühen Anreise war es sehr hilfreich, dass unser Gepäck im Gepäckraum untergebracht wurde und das ebenso bei der Abreise. Servicepersonal, Zimmerservice und Reception waren sehr hilfreich, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstückbuffet. Der Kaffee war nicht schlecht aber der Eilles-Tee übertrifft alles.

Jääkaappi olisi saanut olla

Beim Frühstück gab es zu wenig Kaffeekannen und die schönen Plätze auf der Terrasse musste man selbst eindecken (aber kein Salz und Pfeffer, Zucker u.ä. vorhanden)

Ich war schon mehrfach in diesem hotel und bin mit dem service,den mitarbeitern,dem zimmer und natürlich dem superausblick beim frühstück sehr zufrieden. ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem hotel übernachten.

La cortesia del personale, siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno ugualmente assegnato la camera.bella la terrazza x la colazione. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, fermata bus, metro, taxi tutto a portata di mano.

Una piccola richiesta, magari inserire un phon x capelli nella camera.

La vista de la habitación y el desayuno en el último piso, se disfruta tanto en un día soleado como en uno lluvioso

Que tenga que pagar por el uso del wi-fi, y que sólo se pueda usar en el lobby, lo cual te limita y te resta intimidad
