Excellent value for money!

Do not stay here. We had a dreadful experience. We reserved a room at relatively short notice, and emailed the hotel to explain that my wife, two children (aged 2 and 1) and myself would be arriving fairly late that evening. On arrival, there was no-one at reception, but a note had been left for me explaining that my room had been left open with the key on the inside. Except... That the room was occupied by another couple; and the hotel staff refused to answer the phone. So at 23:00 I had to find a new hotel for my babies and wife. I returned the following day, with babies in arm, to ask for an apology and a receipt confirming that I had not stayed the night. Instead the owner refused to apologise or give me a receipt, became verbally aggresive, started to push my wife (carrying baby) out, and then threatened to both call the police and to punch me. To add insult to injury, we have now been charged a cancellation fee - which, given that it was the hotel that gave the room away, is illegal.

Clean, simple and nice people. We got a great tip for a restaurant and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is renovating the outside of the hotel but you can still see how pretty the hotel is. Furthermore, the distance to the highway is a bit long.

Elegant hotel not far from Stuttgart. Our room had its own hallway! The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and overlooked the gardens on the back of the hotel.

You have to navigate stairs no matter where you park.

very friendly helpful bar staff reasonably priced light evening bar food salads/pasta etc.impressively good breakfast room fairly basic but newly decorated clean and warm with little traffic noise

access limited lots of stairs ok for average fitness but walking sticks or more disability would be a problem front door not obvious entrance

No service, could not find a person to pay my invoice in the morning.

Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es eine Bar, in welcher bis tief in die Nacht sehr laute Disco-Musik lief. Wir konnten also bis zum Ende dieser Party nicht schlafen, das war sehr unangenehm.

Nichts, eine Zumutung!!!

Schmutzig, Lampen defekt, tv dfekt, Schimmel in Dusche, abgelaufene Getränke in Kühlschrank, Matratze alt und schmutzig, Lattenrost im 80 cmbett defekt!

Etablissement tranquille et très correct : chambre calme et très propre . Avons bien aimé le cadre du petit déjeuner.

Accueil assez froid, peu chaleureux pour les étrangers parlant très peu allemand que nous sommes. A signaler : de nombreuses marches même à l'extérieur pour accéder à l'entrée

Mooie kamer, goed schoon. Gratis internet en vaste telefoon. Goed ontbijt

Op zondagavond receptie niet bezet. het duurde even voordat we iemand gevonden hadden die ons de kamer kon geven.

Netter Service, gute Restaurantempfehlung, defekter Fernseher wurde sofort ausgetauscht, Hunde erlaubt,
