kleines Landhotel, einfache Einrichtung, saubere Zimmer, EZ Bad sehr klein, sehr ruhig, ringsherum Felder, kleiner Park am Hotel, guter Wellnessservice (Massage), Sauna, Thermalbecken 36 °C, Thermalwasser (Schwefel) sogar aus dem Wasserhahn, alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub, hervorragende Küche im Restaurant (eher italienisch statt bayerisch), Passau 20 Min Fahrt entfernt, auch Busverbindung.

Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Parkanlage Empfang sehr unfreundlich, da der Chef der Meinung war, dass der Preis von Booking.com zu billig war - er wollte eine Nachzahlung - wurde dann mit booking.com tel. schnell geklärt
