The staff always provides great service.The food is of very high quality. Proximity of the Market square, the park and the vineyards makes it a very succeful combination for a restful weekend. I would definitely exchange the bed matraces. Also the bathrooms look a bit outdated. It's not only the look:you cannot clean them up to the standart. |

Loved the balcony, loved the big bathtub, loved looking over the gardens, loved the minibar, loved the location close to Wurstmarkt, wonderful breakfast! Just really enjoyed staying here. Wished for a coffee maker in room. |

The location of this ghotel is great. It is right in the center and next to a beautiful city garden. The garden of the hotel seemlessly connects to the city garden and I enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. The bed furniture looks like home made but I slept well. |

A fantastic swimming pool- As most of the time in Germany, very cleaned- Very well located in the city center. Nice environment- Even if non smoking room was asked when booked, no non-smoking room was available when I arrived- Personal absolutly not flexible, not at the level of a 4 sterns hotel. Not fixed bed but folding bed- Not a business hotel- More suitable for senior people |

die zimmer liegen ruhig und doch zentral, der service ist freundlich, wellnessbereich ist ansprechend und das preis-leistungsverhältnis gut, die behandlung (massage) war sehr angenehm ohne vorwarnung war der badebereich geschlossen,weswegen wir eigentlich dieses hotel gebucht hatten, wir bekamen aber eintritts-gutscheine für das salinarium, 2 min entfernt, geschenkt...als wiedergutmachung, das war ok...die zimmer sind ruhig und groß, aber schon etwas in die jahre gekommen...für ein 4 sterne haus und den preis! manche schauen auf eine wand, fast kellerartig...was unzumutbar ist für den preis! |

Obwohl das Hotel über einen Saunabereich verfügt, der lt. Internetauftritt bis abends geöffnet sein sollte, war die Sauna gegen 18 Uhr schon abgestellt. Das war sehr bedauerlich, weil für mich die Sauna den Ausschlag für die Wahl des Hotels gegeben hatte. Als Entschuldigung gab es eine Flasche guten Wein. |

Angenehmes Hotel in guter Lage direkt am Kurgarten und trotzdem im Zentrum der Stadt. Freundlicher Service. Bei gutem Wetter schöne Frühstücks-Terrasse. |
