Hotel located in a lovely area, quiet with friendly staff. Nice traditional family-run hotel. Bathroom was not very spaceous. With the big flatscreen-tv positioned on the desk area, there was no space available anymore in the room for working.

Der Service war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant bot eine reichhaltige Speisekarte mit günstigen Preisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Wandertouren im Brockengebiet.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und für Familien (auch mit größeren Kindern) gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr praktisch und gut, es wurde an alles gedacht. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele im Harz sehr gut und schnell. Ilsenburg ist eine wunderschöne Stadt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna war für uns kostenpflichtig. Die Matratzen müßten mal erneuert werden.

Alt var tip-top. Vi lejede hotellets enlige "feriehus" med 2 soveværelser + bad køkken O.S.V. - Det var super. Og I øvrigt meget billigt! Intet negativt

Van de omgeving. Verder was de bediening correct.Goed hotel,en een redelijke keus op de menu kaart. Hel is een middelmatig hotel waarvan de prijs kwaliteit verhouding goed is.Maar voor de omgeving en het oude Oosten dus goed.
